It's great for everyday use and doesn't cause blemishes easily When applying, it feels a bit heavy and the sticky texture is not pleasant - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 9, 2020
I've been using this for ages and I've always felt it's great for skin regeneration The finish feels oddly sticky... I'm just using it up because after a while it feels like there's a weird coating on my skin If you pat it in too much, it can feel a bit drying, so I'd recommend gently patting and then letting it absorb naturally - Hwahae UserCombination SkinOct 13, 2019
It gives my face a nice glow and seems to soothe well with aloe vera It feels like it creates a thin film, which might make your skin feel a bit suffocated - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJun 21, 2018
To be honest, as someone with dry skin, expecting this alone to provide enough hydration is... well, a bit ambitious! However, I still gave this product five stars because of its excellent soothing effect when my super sensitive skin flares up with redness and itching. Yes, if I apply it generously (about three pumps) like a hydrating mask before bed, my skin does feel tight. It's a bit dry, I won't lie. But if I persist for a few days, the itching and redness subside. Once that happens, then I focus on hydration. For me, this is essentially a first-aid skincare product. The heaviness and stickiness after application are... not great, to put it mildly. But I suppose that's to be expected with aloe. Also, this product alone isn't enough for satisfactory hydration. I'd recommend following up with a very gentle moisturizer after using this. I recommend using this at night! If you apply it during the day and then put on makeup, you'll experience pilling. If you want to use it during the day, apply a small amount and wait until it's fully absorbed. Though, to be honest, even the absorption isn't great. It's really best to just use it at night! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJun 18, 2018
I've been using this product for 10 years now. It's excellent for hydration and also effective in soothing blemishes. When first applied, it can feel a bit heavy, and occasionally causes pilling with makeup. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 16, 2018
The hydration is excellent, and it seems to be effective in soothing blemishes. It would also be great to apply a thick layer before bed during hot summer days when the sun is intense. It might be too heavy for oily skin types. While it's really good for dry skin, those with oily skin might find it a bit too rich and potentially clogging. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinFeb 12, 2017
Applying it after popping pimples prevents further progression of the wounds and helps soothe them. Continuing to apply it to the popped pimple areas for about 3 days significantly reduces the marks. Also, if your face is greatly affected by temperature, applying it after cleansing and using toner is beneficial. It's quite sticky, so it's not recommended to apply it all over the face. It's better to use it after cleansing and toning. Applying it right after cleansing can feel stuffy as it clogs the pores. It's good as a soothing product for the face or body when exposed to sunlight in the summer. Meaning, it can be applied all over the body. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 10, 2016
I'm already on my third bottle of Univera Skincare 100! I have acne-prone skin, and I'm sensitive with combination oily and dry skin, so it was hard for me to find the right basic skincare products. But after using this, my skin didn't necessarily get dramatically better, but it's been calming down and soothing? There's no oiliness at all, and it's a gel-type that applies smoothly and absorbs quickly - it feels so nice to apply! At first, it might feel a bit sticky, but after patting it in for a bit, it becomes soft and powdery. It's amazing! Plus, the amount is really generous. After applying this skincare, don't move around too vigorously ㅋㅋㅋ If you move around a lot, it'll get hot and sweaty, and you'll go back to that sticky feeling from when you first applied it.. Once it gets sticky again...it's just no good...it feels gross...it's not exactly an oil slick, but it has that kind of oily feeling? So after applying, don't go for an intense workout or run around a lot ㅋㅋㅋㅋ Other than that, after applying, you'll feel so soft and powdery - it's the best! Squeeze out the right amount and quickly apply it in sections on your face, then gently pat it in. Don't touch your face after that, just do something else for a bit, then lightly touch your face again and you'll feel how soft and powdery it is! The key is to apply it quickly and pat it in - that's the trick! - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinNov 23, 2016
This thick aloe vera gel is also a first... After applying it five times, your skin will look good once. It's too sticky. I have dry skin, and it's uncomfortable to sleep with. I applied it to calm my acne, but I got new breakouts the day after I used it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinNov 20, 2016
Even though I have a few blemishes, after using this product, my skin turned red and blotchy, and I was in an uproar. ㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅠㅠ I have combination skin, but only the dry areas on my cheeks had an acne explosion...... I'm wondering if it's because of this product, so I kept using it, and it got even worse. ㅠㅠㅠㅠ It's sticky, and when I apply this, it itches, and I regret not wiping it off right away when it started itching at first. ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ I'm worried about how to calm down all the inflamed milia that have come up.
