It's an oil, but it's not overly greasy. There are times when it can feel a bit heavy, so using a sebum-free powder to mattify the excess oil can help. I don't use it when going out without makeup. It has a nice mood-boosting effect.

I thought it would feel oily and have something stuck on my face. After cleansing and toning, applying this feels incredibly refreshing. It doesn't feel like I've applied an oil, which I like.
