  Pros

  As someone with extremely dry skin, I used to struggle with milia and severe flaking. My makeup would always come off. But when I apply this at night, my skin doesn't feel dry, and my makeup stays put (without getting greasy). Lately, I've been using it before makeup too. If you have dry skin, I think you'll find it doesn't make your skin oily even hours after application. It absorbs quickly and I haven't experienced any blemishes. With continued use, I've noticed my complexion becoming more vibrant. For reference, I only use a hydrating toner and this Clarins oil in my skincare routine.

  Cons

  The fragrance is very strong. It's likely to be a love-it-or-hate-it scent. While I find the smell quite unpleasant, I continue using it because the effects are so good.

  Tip

  I've found that applying a hydrating moisturizer and letting it absorb fully before using the oil seems to help the hydration penetrate deeper into the skin.

  It gives your skin that bouncy, elastic feeling!

  The scent is quite strong, which might be hit or miss for some people.

  Tip

  I mix it with my hydrating cream, but I only apply oils at night. During the day, your face can get dehydrated.

  It absorbs well. When mixed with toner, it doesn't feel oily at all.

  Cons

  First off, I really dislike the scent. It's like an overpowering men's cologne... They call it an aroma fragrance, but it's quite off-putting. To be honest, I can't even tell if it's effective, so I don't recommend it.
