  After using a thicker toner, I was curious to try something different, and this product turned out to be a better fit for my dehydrated skin! It's quite fluid, making it perfect for applying with a cotton pad before makeup or just patting it on directly. I'm very satisfied with how it feels light yet deeply hydrating. The generous size is a bonus too!

  During skincare, gently patting it in 2-3 times helps absorb the product, tackling deep dryness and visibly smoothing skin texture! It's not too heavy or irritating, which is great, and there's plenty of product. Using it as a skin pack before makeup reduces skin heat and adds hydration, making your makeup apply even better.

  Cons

  I'm not sure if it's been recently reformulated, but I noticed the fragrance has become subtly stronger. As someone with super sensitive skin, especially to scents, I found this aspect a bit disappointing.

  I've been using this as an exfoliating toner, and I think I'm on my fourth bottle now. Unlike other exfoliating toners, it doesn't dry out my skin, nor does it feel sticky like clay masks. It's refreshingly light, which I really love! Above all, since I started using this toner, I've noticed a significant improvement in my small blemishes. I'm extremely satisfied with it.

  Tony Moly Wonder Rice Smooth Toner ✔ Size: 500ml ✔ Price: 11,900 (even cheaper during sales) Pros: As someone with combination dehydrated skin prone to makeup pilling and deep dryness, I find this product offers great hydration for its price. It reduces skin tightness significantly. The rice ingredient is known to help with brightening and dead skin cells on the skin's surface. While I'm not sure about the brightening effect, it does seem to help with surface texture. It doesn't cause any blemishes, so it's become my go-to daily toner.

  Cons

  There weren't really any downsides. It seems suitable for all skin types.

  Tip

  Soak a 5-ply cotton pad with the toner and apply it to your skin when it feels dry or your makeup is pilling. It's also great for the '7-skin method', which leaves your skin feeling firm and bouncy.

  I use this product as an exfoliating toner. I had heard that TonyMoly's Mocchi Toner was popular, but I wanted something a bit more refreshing, so I chose the Sokkal Maegeun Toner. It leaves my skin feeling fresh, and after using this product, I really felt like my skin became smoother and deeply hydrated! The scent is also not irritating, and it's somehow familiar, though it's hard to describe. I'd recommend this to those with combination dehydrated skin or oily skin lacking moisture.

  There's nothing particularly bad about it. The price is reasonable and the quantity is good too!

  Tip

  Since the formula is quite thin, use it as an exfoliating toner by soaking a cotton pad generously and wiping your face. If you're feeling lazy about doing a mask, you can also soak cotton pads thoroughly and place them on your forehead, cheeks, and chin for a quick treatment.
