Pros
This multipurpose toner has a refreshing ocean scent! It works great for both cleansing and toning. Personally, I found the application to be cooling and non-irritating. When wiped with a cotton pad, you can see the yellow dead skin cells being removed, making it great for refinement as well. Even when applied with just the hands without a cotton pad, the hydration level is quite nice. While the moisture level is not as high as my usual Tonymoly Ceramide toner, I liked that this one can be used for both cleansing and toning. Oh, and the slim and pretty packaging is a bonus.

After cleansing, I can just apply it with my hands and the amount is not burdensome - a few pumps is enough to make my skin feel nicely hydrated. 🐰 Moisturizing I find it too troublesome to apply many products, so I only use about 2 basic skincare items! I apply this toner and then a moisturizing cream.
