Pros
The formula is like water and it absorbs incredibly well. That's what I like the most. It doesn't feel sticky, doesn't leave a residue on the face, and gets absorbed quickly. When I put a cotton pad soaked in it on troubled areas, it helps soothe them. I'm a bit sensitive to scents, but the fragrance is mild and pleasant.

Pros
This multipurpose toner has a refreshing ocean scent! It works great for both cleansing and toning. Personally, I found the application to be cooling and non-irritating. When wiped with a cotton pad, you can see the yellow dead skin cells being removed, making it great for refinement as well. Even when applied with just the hands without a cotton pad, the hydration level is quite nice. While the moisture level is not as high as my usual Tonymoly Ceramide toner, I liked that this one can be used for both cleansing and toning. Oh, and the slim and pretty packaging is a bonus.
Cons
The price does seem a bit high. While it works well for removing dead skin cells and providing good hydration, without any special additional functions, the high price is a bit of a drawback for using it freely.

To be honest, I was worried because the brand itself has a low reputation and credibility, but fortunately, my skin did not get irritated. For your information, my skin type is combination! -I liked this toner because it felt lightweight. The fragrance was also refreshing, like a floral scent? (It was to my liking..ㅎ) And the texture was not cloudy at all, but rather watery, so I was able to achieve a soft finish! I would recommend this more to those who prefer a soft finish rather than a hydrating toner. -And the volume is large, so I think I can use it for a few months without any issues!
