I've repurchased it 5 times now. It applies smoothly and evenly, fits my lips well, and the finish is fluffy and matte, so it doesn't transfer easily.

It applies smoothly from the beginning without being too thick, and the final result is nicely powdery. It doesn't rub off even when I drink water.
Cons
If you apply too much, the powdery effect can make the white color appear on the surface.

I used to use this product in two tubes, but today after getting a personal color diagnosis, I was told I'm a cool-toned person, so I bought this one.. The double-wind color from the place I got diagnosed was said to be perfect for cool-toned people, so I tried it and it seems to suit me well. I really like moisturizing lips, and this is moisturizing but sets quickly so it doesn't transfer onto my mask, which is just perfect.

Since it starts off moisturized, there's not much emphasis on flaky skin, and it doesn't stick to the mask, which is the best part. The only downside is that the product packaging is matte, so foundation or powder tends to get a bit messy. But if you use it carefully, it's still fine.
