Already on my 5th tube, the Hwahae recommended scent is great, and when applied it leaves a moisturizing yet non-sticky, fluffy texture. It doesn't feel heavy on the lips. I'd recommend this to anyone.

I usually prefer light makeup, so I haven't tried many lip products. But I've already finished two tubes of the 3CE Water Tint, which I highly recommend! It's a light, moisturizing product that works great as a base. You can wear it alone on bare skin without it feeling heavy, and it also layers well under other makeup. I'm thinking of trying out some other shades too.
Cons
There were a few downsides, but since it was a water tint, the longevity wasn't particularly long! It would have been fine if I had applied an additional layer on top, but when I wore it alone, it tended to fade a bit easily. So when wearing just one layer, you would need to reapply it periodically..🥹

From the moment it touched my lips, I felt that the water tint was very moisturizing, just like a water-based tint. The shine came up and it looked so pretty! I was worried that the finish might feel sticky and unpleasant, but it ended up being powdery and light, making it great to use even in the summer! The more I layered it, the deeper the color became. I used it just on the center of my lips to give a simple flush of color on bare skin, and applied it multiple times for a more intense look when doing my makeup. It was great to be able to achieve different effects with just one tint! The scent was reminiscent of the strawberry-flavored cold medicine I used to take as a child. As a water tint, it has good color payoff, and the color stayed on my lips even after eating, so the longevity was quite good as well.
Cons
Over time, the dryness that is a common downside of water tints did start to become noticeable.

It's a great lip product. When applied, it looks incredibly beautiful and moisturized! And the moisturizing effect lasts only briefly after application, gradually transitioning to a lovely blurred matte finish, just as the name suggests. I highly recommend this as a winter lip product.
Cons
There's a strange stinging sensation on my lips. I don't usually have issues with products causing irritation, but this one feels oddly uncomfortable and irritating when applied. However, the discomfort goes away after a while of wearing it, so I'll have to keep observing. I would strongly advise against this for those with very sensitive lips.
