Pros
The color is very well-pigmented, so it has great longevity and excellent color payoff. You can layer it multiple times, and it's watery so it's comfortable to apply, but as time passes, it seeps into the lips and becomes beautifully matte. It's a daily item that I often carry around. I highly recommend it to everyone!

This is a product I purchased last year. It's a cool-toned lip product, and the Hwahae Mute Tone is great for adding a pop of color to the inner lips! The color is just perfect for the Hwahae Mute Tone. At 18,000 won, it might be a bit pricey for students, but once you try it, you'll feel it was money well spent. This tint goes on glossy, but then quickly transforms into a long-lasting matte finish. However, it still has a vibrant, healthy matte look. As you can see in the swatch photo I've attached, the matte finish is quite evident. The tint's design is also simple and elegant. The longevity was great, and the pigmentation was truly impressive. I recommend starting with a small amount and building up the color gradually, as it applies quite intensely.

When I first encountered the Blur Water Tint, I not only did, but I also always compared the pros and cons in three shopping mall apps to find it. In one shopping mall app's review, I saw a review saying that when they applied this tint without lip peeling, they experienced a severe yogurt-like phenomenon, which worried me. However, I have been using it while leaving my severe lip peeling as is!

As a base, apply a calm lip color, and then lightly apply the tint again only on the inner lips to create a beautiful lip shade~ Since my lips have severe peeling, when I want to use a gloss, I apply lip balm over the tinted lip color to create a glossy effect!! I've repurchased it 5 times now. It applies smoothly and evenly, fits my lips well, and the finish is fluffy and matte, so it doesn't transfer easily.
Cons
When reapplying makeup, it doesn't get applied evenly, which is a bit disappointing.

It's a great lip product. When applied, it looks incredibly beautiful and moisturized! And the moisturizing effect lasts only briefly after application, gradually transitioning to a lovely blurred matte finish, just as the name suggests. I highly recommend this as a winter lip product.
Cons
There's a strange stinging sensation on my lips. I don't usually have issues with products causing irritation, but this one feels oddly uncomfortable and irritating when applied. However, the discomfort goes away after a while of wearing it, so I'll have to keep observing. I would strongly advise against this for those with very sensitive lips.

I was aware that it was a Holy Cool product and bought it, but the beautiful sample photos I received were actually quite realistic. The color range from cool to warm muted tones is great, and the pigmentation is good. I used this and my sisters complimented me, saying it looked pretty. The scent is not bad, and the price is not bad either. At first, I used it as a water tint to fill in wrinkles, and it blended in seamlessly without looking messy, it's truly beautiful.
Cons
The application and formula are not great. If you don't blend it quickly after applying, it will leave water stains immediately. It requires some technique.

It's a perfect fit for Gyeokul Deep... I think it would be even better for those who particularly like matte finishes! When you layer it, it creates an even more Gyeokul-esque vibe... I'm using up two whole tubes of it!
Cons
The only thing is that the amount seems a bit small... :( When your lips are not in the best condition, this matte tint has that characteristic, but it still emphasizes the flakiness too much and the color doesn't apply as prettily...
Tip
Personally, I find that first applying it all over and then going over it with a lip brush for a more polished look works a bit better!

The more I apply the tint, the prettier and more moisturized it looks, so it applies beautifully🥺 When applied, it's moist, but after it sets, it becomes matte? Just the tint feel I wanted! The color also seems to suit anyone well👍🏻
