Pros
This is a product I purchased last year. It's a cool-toned lip product, and the Hwahae Mute Tone is great for adding a pop of color to the inner lips! The color is just perfect for the Hwahae Mute Tone. At 18,000 won, it might be a bit pricey for students, but once you try it, you'll feel it was money well spent. This tint goes on glossy, but then quickly transforms into a long-lasting matte finish. However, it still has a vibrant, healthy matte look. As you can see in the swatch photo I've attached, the matte finish is quite evident. The tint's design is also simple and elegant. The longevity was great, and the pigmentation was truly impressive. I recommend starting with a small amount and building up the color gradually, as it applies quite intensely.
Cons
When I first encountered the Blur Water Tint, I not only did, but I also always compared the pros and cons in three shopping mall apps to find it. In one shopping mall app's review, I saw a review saying that when they applied this tint without lip peeling, they experienced a severe yogurt-like phenomenon, which worried me. However, I have been using it while leaving my severe lip peeling as is!

As a base, apply a calm lip color, and then lightly apply the tint again only on the inner lips to create a beautiful lip shade~ Since my lips have severe peeling, when I want to use a gloss, I apply lip balm over the tinted lip color to create a glossy effect!! It looks natural and lively, and the matte formula and the unique gloss have their own distinct charms.

Pros
It has a natural cool-toned color and is a blurring tint, so there is no emphasis on lip wrinkles at all. I love it so much that I've used up 6 tubes. It's close to a cool tone, but it's also a good color that can be used well in warm tones.
Cons
Compared to other colors, the staying power is lower, and if you apply it thickly, it becomes dull, but the color is pretty and the unique texture and finish of the blurring tint are good, so I keep using it.
