While I can't say much about blemish improvement, my overall complexion has definitely brightened! My skin tone looks healthier, you know? This review is based on 9 days of use from April 10th to 18th. The newly released product is an upgrade of the previously popular rose serum, now with added rose PDRN. Texture: It's a lightweight, hydrating serum with a rose fragrance. The feel is similar to a rose soothing gel - very light with a lovely rose scent. If you're layering products, I recommend using this as your first step or right after toner. Due to its lightweight formula, it's suitable for all skin types and can be comfortably applied morning and night. Ingredients: It contains antioxidants like ferulic acid, vitamin C derivatives, and rose oil, plus PDRN to promote tissue regeneration, all contributing to slow aging. I was familiar with salmon PDRN, but rose PDRN is new to me. Apparently, PDRN can now be extracted from plants, making it suitable for vegan products. The main focus of this product is brightening, complexion improvement, and blemish reduction. It contains alpha-arbutin, niacinamide, vitamin C derivatives, and rose oil to help even out skin tone. While it may not be a major concern, I know alpha-arbutin can be sensitive to pH and light, so I'd recommend using sunscreen if applying during the day. Effects: Perhaps due to the short usage period or because my blemishes are quite old and deep-set, I didn't notice significant fading. I've used this product so many times, I've lost count. I've adored this serum since before my wedding prep, but now I'm using it even more diligently! At first, I thought it was just another blemish care serum, but the texture is incredibly light! It absorbs into the skin without any stickiness, while still providing definite hydration. What's especially great is that it's never caused blemishes on my sensitive skin, not even once! Even though my skin has become more sensitive during wedding preparations, I can use this serum with complete peace of mind. Perhaps it's because of the Damask rose water, but it has a subtle rose scent that lifts my mood every time I apply it. I'm a big fan of this fragrance! I really liked the lightweight formula and the subtle fragrance. When pumped out, it's transparent and light, making it easy to apply all over. Even when I layered it, it absorbed well without any pilling. I have a lot of dark spots and blemishes on my cheekbones, so I've been diligently applying it. Scent: - It's almost completely fragrance-free! Even those with sensitive noses can comfortably use this product. Texture: 4.5/5 - It has a gel-like consistency! It's not as fluid as aloe gel, but has a bit more viscosity. It's not as thick as an ampoule, but feels like a lightweight gel-ampoule. - It spreads very smoothly and can cover a wide area easily! One pump should give you about the amount shown in the attached photo. Skin condition after use: - I've been using it for 5 days now, and I noticed improved skin texture the morning after use! While I can't say for certain that it visibly reduced blemishes, there was definitely a noticeable improvement in overall skin texture. Packaging: - The pink Isoi packaging is so pretty! It's the signature look for Isoi's pink serum, and I absolutely love this shade of pink.
