It's great for using on localized body areas like the elbows, and these days with the changing seasons, it's also good for using on the nose and cheek areas that tend to get irritated. This is the best soothing product for me. When my skin gets irritated and turns red, applying it helps it calm down and clear up really quickly. I use it as the final step in my skincare routine, applying it to dry areas, and it keeps my skin hydrated for a long time. The scent is not too burdensome, which I like. When I have a big pimple or a swollen acne-like thing, applying it makes it subside right away. Even though I have combination skin, it fits me very well. And when I apply it all over my face, my skin calms down and feels good. Also, there is no dryness when I wake up the next morning. The photo is after using it, and while my skin looks shiny, there is no oil buildup! Sorry about the pores.

When applying it as the last step in my skincare routine, the lid is slippery and hard to open. I heard some of the ingredients are not great, but I haven't experienced any side effects while using it, so I'm satisfied!

While it needs to be scooped and applied by hand, and the texture is a bit firm, it is not extremely hard - you can press it with your fingertips to make an indent. The Burt's Bees product is great for my atopic dermatitis I happened to come across it in an online store, and after reading reviews saying it's even more effective without harmful ingredients, I decided to buy it. My atopic dermatitis is severe around my lips, and while Vaseline couldn't soothe the peeling skin, Burt's Bees has been able to.😍 The dermatologist's treatments and steroid ointments didn't work, and my skin has become dry, sensitive, and a total mess from wearing masks - but I've been using this product very usefully. I love Burt's Bees💕

Especially in the summer, this product is always in my pouch.! It's great to apply on mosquito or insect bites, and bruises. As it's an oil balm, it's also good to apply on dry elbows or heels.
