There was no disappointing user experience, and no troubles arose. As it is my skin type, I am rather satisfied with the price-to-volume ratio and have been using it.

I've been using it for about two months since early February.
It has a slightly soft, greenish formula that applies smoothly.
While I didn't notice much absorption when using the stick, it does have a slightly glossy finish and absorbs quickly.
It didn't cause any breakouts, and when my skin felt irritated or itchy, applying it helped soothe and calm it.

I don't really get acne, but when I get blemishes and they get irritated and inflamed, if I apply a thin layer on the affected area and go to sleep, it's clear by the next day.
The lavender scent is also pleasing to me.
There's a stick form like a lip balm, but the tin case is more cost-effective per volume.

If you really need to, you should use a cotton swab.

If you apply it for about a week until the acne is visible, all types of acne, including painful acne and blackheads, will go away.

The packaging is a bit disappointing. The cap is difficult to open, and it often flies off when trying to access the product. Personally, I prefer unscented cosmetic and skincare items, but this one has a fragrance that I'm not particularly fond of, which makes me less inclined to use it. As mentioned earlier, it does melt well with body heat, but I'm a bit concerned about using it in the summer, as I worry it might melt and drip.

The product applies thinly and evenly, which I find quite nice. The moisturizing properties are also excellent - I tend to have a lot of lip peeling in the summer, but after using the Rescue Balm, my lips feel smooth and well-hydrated. It also melts well with body temperature, which I appreciate.
