With the changing seasons, my nose tip and cheeks tend to flake, but this works well on the face too. While it's a bit sticky, I love how it maintains a moisturized feeling. It has an herbal, aromatherapy-like scent. I was unsure at first, but I've grown accustomed to it with use.
ConsI didn't experience any blemishes, but it's a shame it contains potential allergens.

The texture is firmer than lip balm or other balm formulations. It doesn't feel like something you'd spread all over your face! ➰Hydration The hydration is great! ➰Scent The herbal scent is immediately noticeable as soon as it touches your hands! It's very strong! I liked it, but it might be a love-it-or-hate-it kind of fragrance~ ➰Sensitivity and Soothing Right before applying this product, I had a lot of blemishes pop up, so I focused on those areas. After application, there's a slightly cool, calming sensation. Despite having super sensitive skin, using this product didn't worsen my condition or cause any other issues!
Cons➰The distinctive scent made it a bit challenging to apply on the lips
TipWhen it first arrived, I was surprised that it didn't apply well, but after using it for a day, it started to glide on smoothly! After a bit of use, it quickly melts to just the right consistency for easy application. I think it would be great to apply to areas that need soothing~

The amount looks small but it's actually perfect to use up before expiration. The scent is lovely (a fresh, green herbal aroma? Hard to describe but it's so nice. Feels calming). Unlike typical cica products, its semi-solid texture blends well with other skincare items. Great for soothing areas with dead skin cells, and surprisingly effective on chapped lips too!
ConsAs summer approaches, the rich texture feels a bit heavy in the heat. When my skin gets oily and prone to blemishes, I'm cautious about applying it. However, it's fantastic when mixed with a light serum! The opening mechanism could be improved - wish it had a twist-open cap.
TipWorks great mixed with a light water-based serum or products that lack richness!

Firstly, its compact size fits perfectly in your hand, making it highly portable. As a multi-purpose balm, it's easy to use anywhere on itchy or dry areas. I'm planning to apply it generously on mosquito bites as summer approaches. I mainly use it on areas with dead skin cells or itchiness on my face. It doesn't cause irritation or tingling, but instead soothes and hydrates the skin. The scent is herbal, like fresh plants. I personally enjoyed it as it reminds me of aromatherapy. However, this aspect might be a matter of personal preference.
ConsThere weren't any significant drawbacks, but initially, the ointment was quite firm, taking some time to soften with the warmth of my fingertips. Using a cotton swab or spatula to apply it would be more convenient and hygienic.
TipIt's also great to use as a cuticle oil for your nails!

Scent It has a strong herbal fragrance. While it might be polarizing, I absolutely loved it! 2. Absorption Despite containing olive oil, it's not overly rich and provides just the right amount of hydration. As a result, it absorbs well into the skin.
Cons1. Application Among balm-type products, this has an extremely thick texture, making it challenging to apply. Overall, while it offers good hydration, I don't see a significant difference compared to regular skincare products. Therefore, I probably wouldn't purchase this product again.

I remember this product from high school when my friend always carried it around and applied it whenever we got mosquito bites. 🎀Overall impression🎀 I thought it was effective because it quickly reduced itchy, swollen areas without causing irritation. I'm glad I got to try the product thanks to The Hwahae Testers! 💛Scent💛 It has a slightly cool, herbal scent that isn't artificial, so it's comfortable to use. 💙How I use it💙 I applied it to mosquito bites, heat rashes, and bruises! It's good to gently melt it with your hands, or when you need more, you can lightly scratch or press the surface to use it.
ConsAfter reading a review where someone used it on their face, I tried it on mine too. However, it stung a bit when used around the eyes! So, I recommend avoiding the eye area if you're using it on your face.

I decided to try Burt's Bees Ointment after hearing it's good for dry areas, insect bites, and bruises. Scent: It might be a love-it-or-hate-it situation, but it has a herbal/grassy scent that I personally enjoy. Texture: It's a solid balm that melts smoothly with body heat. For hygiene reasons, it's better to use a spatula rather than your fingers. Experience: I suffered from pregnancy-related itching, and even after giving birth, my skin remained sensitive and itchy. This ointment helped reduce the itching, preventing me from scratching and allowing my skin to calm down, so I kept using it consistently. It's mostly made of plant-derived ingredients, so I felt comfortable using it on my lips, face, and body. The 17g size is perfect for carrying in small bags, making it highly portable. It's great for the whole family, including children. It's particularly useful for insect bites or bruises during outdoor activities. Now I understand why this product has such a good reputation - I wish I had tried it sooner! Price: The 14,500 won price tag might seem a bit steep, but it would be a great buy during a sale period.
ConsThe small size is probably the biggest drawback. It would be nice if they offered a larger size option.

I recently had some blemishes above my eyebrows, so I applied it there and on some small bumps around my sideburns. For the eyebrow area, the redness subsided slightly, but it didn't dramatically reduce the blemishes like a tea tree spot treatment would. It didn't have any effect on the small bumps! I personally enjoyed the herbal scent. Unfortunately, the hydration wasn't as good as I expected. The texture was quite firm! It's not creamy like Vaseline or Popo Cream. As you can see in the photo, it's closer to a solid consistency.
ConsThe lid is a bit difficult to open. I'm not sure if it was because my hands were slightly damp from applying toner and emulsion, but I struggled to open the lid. I was expecting a rich, moisturizing feel, but that wasn't the case, which is disappointing. I heard it was similar to Popo Cream, so I anticipated a thick texture like that, but it doesn't provide that intense moisturizing sensation I was hoping for!

Eye creams feel heavy, and oils are too much for me, so I tried this product and found it quite nice. To be honest, I wasn't sure if it would work, but the tightness has significantly reduced, and it doesn't feel heavy, which I love. I can apply it frequently without it pilling, and it spreads thinly without feeling greasy, which is great. There's a distinct herbal or grassy scent with a slight kick to it. It might be a love-it-or-hate-it situation. Personally, I'm a fan of this type of fragrance. I've also been applying it to my neck wrinkles before bed. It doesn't cake up and feels comfortable, so I plan to use it on my neck and under-eye area whenever I have a spare moment. It definitely helped alleviate itchiness caused by dryness. When my forehead was irritated and itchy after exfoliating, I applied this, and it soothed the itchiness effectively.
ConsThe product description was lacking, so I had to research online before using it. Also, considering the price-to-performance ratio, it feels a bit ambiguous. This might be because I haven't used it for long. I'll update my review after using it more.
TipWhile it's great for soothing itchiness, it lacks in hydration. I found mixing it with a cream works really well. Applying a small amount to itchy and dry areas of the face is perfect.

Once I started using it, I found myself applying it all over - on eczema patches, bruises, facial blemishes, fingertips, dry ankles, and more! It's not sticky but provides good hydration! After using it for almost two weeks, I'm quite satisfied. I'd recommend it to people with mild eczema, those prone to bruising, or anyone looking for a light oil balm!
ConsEven though I generally like herbal scents, I found this one a bit strong for applying near the nose. So it was uncomfortable to use on the lips! It didn't bother me on other areas and actually felt therapeutic. The solid texture means you often need to scoop it out with your nails, which might not be the most hygienic. However, I find using my hands more convenient than bothering with tools!
TipTo open the lid, don't force it - just gently twist and lift it off.
