Pros
It's great for using on localized body areas like the elbows, and these days with the changing seasons, it's also good for using on the nose and cheek areas that tend to get irritated. The texture is a bit firmer than a balm or other cream formulas. It doesn't feel like it can be applied all over the face. ➰Moisturizing Power The moisturizing power is good! ➰Fragrance The fragrance is herbal and becomes very pronounced as soon as it's on the skin! It's very portable and lightweight, which is great. The capacity may look small, but it's just right and lasts until the expiration date. The scent is pleasant (a fresh, herbal aroma? I'm not sure how to describe it, but I like it. It has a calming effect). Unlike regular centella products, this one is in a semi-solid form, so it was easy to mix and use with my other products. I applied it to the areas where my skin was flaking, and it helped soothe them nicely. It also worked surprisingly well when I had peeling skin around my mouth.
Cons
As summer is approaching, the oiliness was a bit much for me in the heat. When my pores were clogged and I had breakouts, I had to be careful when applying it. But mixing it with a lightweight serum worked great! I wish the packaging had a twist-open cap instead.

I tried the Hwahae Trial Reviewer product. First of all, it has good portability as it fits comfortably in the palm of my hand. As it's a multi-balm, I can easily use it anytime, anywhere on dry, itchy areas. I'm planning to apply it generously on mosquito bites soon as summer is approaching. I usually apply it on areas with facial flakiness or itchiness, and it doesn't cause any irritation or stinging, absorbing into the skin nicely and leaving it moisturized. The scent is like an herbal, grassy fragrance, which I personally find pleasant, like an aromatic scent. However, this could be a matter of personal preference.

Recently, I've been getting some pimples above my eyebrows, so I tried applying it to that area and the sideburn area with small bumps. The redness around the eyebrows has subsided a bit?? But it didn't calm the pimple spots as effectively as tea tree-containing products. It was ineffective on the small bumps! I liked the herbal scent though. The moisturizing power seemed to be rather lacking, which is disappointing. The texture was a bit firm! It's not as creamy and spreadable as Vaseline or Popocream, but closer to a more solid, dense texture as shown in the photo!
