This is my essential item for winter. I also use it frequently during the dry season. It's not for basic skincare, but for touch-up makeup. My skin gets very dehydrated, so I do intensive skincare, but even after layering a lot of products, the moisture evaporates quickly when I put on makeup and face the dry wind (or spend a long time in the dry office).
