My skin is extremely dry, so I purchased this product as it was recommended to be used as a makeup base. The application is smooth, and the absorption is decent. After application, there is a slight glow and a slightly tacky finish, which helps the makeup adhere well.

When a sebum layer forms on the skin, it definitely creates a plump and supple feeling. In the winter, no matter what you apply, the moisture quickly evaporates. However, if you use a toner to densely recharge the skin with moisture and then apply a moisturizing cream like Jeong Saem Mool Water Cream to create a protective oil layer over the moisture, it works well.
Cons
I have combination skin, and it seems like I can only use it in the winter because of the oil that comes up (when I first bought it, it was in the fall).
