I bought it because it's for dry skin. The application is just like applying a thin lotion. It has more of an oily feeling than a moisturizing one. Pros
My skin is extremely dry, so I purchased this product as it was recommended to be used as a makeup base. The application is smooth, and the absorption is decent. After application, there is a slight glow and a slightly tacky finish, which helps the makeup adhere well.
Cons
Despite its many advantages, the first reason I would not recommend this product is the fragrance. I'm not sure if it's just a personal preference, but the scent is too pungent and strong for me to apply all over my face. So I'm not sure if I really need to use this product as a makeup base.

It doesn't come off, it applies smoothly and only a small amount is needed, but it's quite expensive.
Cons
The scent is a bit unpleasant, and the dewy finish lasts too long, so I use powder on top. I bought it just hoping it wouldn't come off, so powder is a must for me. If you're looking for a dewy finish as well, I'd recommend it.

Pros
This feeling was only available in Jeong Saemmul's water cream, but it seems like there are many other products these days! Even so, the unique feeling of it adhering thinly and smoothly is why I continue to use it.
Cons
There is a lot of hair stuck on my face after use... There is a slightly sticky feeling afterwards. The fragrance is not great. It smells like my dad's cologne. 😢 The value for money and satisfaction level is low.

It's the best for dry skin!! Apply it to the parts where your makeup tends to come off, then put on your foundation, and it won't come off all day and it's great. Your makeup also lasts longer, and a little goes a long way to keep you moisturized all day.
Cons
On days when your skin condition is not good, breakouts will flare up a lot. But if you take good care of your skincare routine and use it properly, it will keep you moisturized all day. And the scent is a bit dizzying.
Tip
Just apply a little and spread it evenly with a puff or sponge, and your makeup will apply much better. Be sure to finish with a puff or sponge.

I have very dry pores in the winter. I used to use the Jeong Saem Mul cushion, which is good at covering pores, but in the winter, my makeup kept getting patchy due to the dryness. So I bought the Jeong Saem Mul Moolcream based on YouTube recommendations. After applying a layer under the cushion, the patchiness has definitely decreased.

Pros
In the winter, my makeup used to be fine in the morning, but by the afternoon, a peeling party would start, causing me a lot of stress. But ever since I discovered water creams, I've been freed from that stress! The water cream is so thin that just one pump is enough to cover my entire face. I've tried applying it in different ways, and the best method is to apply a moisturizer first, then the water cream, followed by sunscreen and makeup. It works much better than mixing it into the foundation. I've always wanted to use a dewy foundation, but I was hesitant because the coverage would get messy over time. But now that I know the proper way to use the water cream, I can confidently use a dewy foundation without any issues. Even after almost 10 hours, my makeup still looks fresh, without any caking or peeling.
Cons
The fragrance is a bit... it's a powdery floral scent, but to my taste, it feels a bit artificial and not particularly luxurious. (I'd like to give it half a star less because of the fragrance, but that's not an option.)
Tip

When applied, the foundation's application and adherence definitely improved, and its longevity was also enhanced. Another surprising point is that it can blur large pores, not perfectly but naturally!!!! However, it didn't work well with matte foundations... ☆ Matte foundations came off right after application. I bought this hoping to salvage that, but I guess I'll have to throw that foundation away ㅎ
