I finally got my hands on the Dalba Waterful Mild Suncream and have been using it for a few days now. The texture is just right - not too thin, with a slight viscosity. When I rolled it on, it absorbed smoothly. The product itself seems packed with hydration, providing a moisturizing effect as you apply it. Interestingly, it has a subtle scent reminiscent of Pocari Sweat or other sports drinks. It's quite surprising to find this kind of fragrance in a cosmetic product!
ConsWhile it does provide a boost of hydration, I found the finish to be slightly sticky. As someone who prefers a powdery or completely absorbed feel, this was a bit uncomfortable for me. However, I noticed that it does absorb nicely given some time.
TipI'd recommend applying this suncream well before your makeup routine. Give it ample time to absorb into your skin for the best results.

My skin is extremely dry, and even with just sunscreen, it often feels like it's flaking off. However, with d'Alba, there's no pilling or flaking. Even when I apply foundation over the sunscreen, it feels like it's acting as a moisturizer! I've settled on d'Alba sunscreen and highly recommend it to those with dry skin~!
ConsThe only downside is that it's so good, I feel it's too precious to use on my arms and legs!
TipThis review highlights the product's effectiveness for those with very dry skin, emphasizing its ability to prevent pilling and flaking while providing hydration. The user's enthusiasm is evident, making it a strong recommendation for others with similar skin concerns.

The Mild Sun Cream is definitely more to my liking. It's pleasantly moisturizing and gives a subtle brightening effect, which I really appreciate. I didn't experience any dryness or other issues.
ConsIt's a bit pricier compared to some other brands' sunscreens. However, I'm so fond of the d'Alba sunscreen that I'll likely repurchase it.

Among physical sunscreens on the market, this one holds the most moisture. (Third on the wrist, appropriately white and bursting with hydration) Recommended for: Sensitive skin, dry skin, oily skin that dislikes greasiness, those seeking a non-white cast physical sunscreen, men Ideal pairing: Use right before applying a drying BB cream or foundation. Can be used alone for quick trips to the local store (provides a slight brightening effect)
ConsEveryone except those with extremely oily skin, raise your hands!
TipI mix it with a BB cream that's moisturizing but lacks coverage. It gives a sense of setting the makeup in its own way.

It has just the right amount of richness and absorbs well! It locks in the hydration from skincare, making my skin feel plump and ready for makeup! Even after hours, I didn't experience excessive oiliness.
ConsHands feel greasy after application... Leaves oily fingerprints if you touch your phone or objects right away...
TipApply with a makeup sponge or puff, pressing and patting it in. This keeps your hands clean and ensures the product absorbs well without pilling on your skin!

This is my first time trying Dalba sunscreen, and I'm impressed - it's nearly fragrance-free and gentle on the skin. Despite being a mineral sunscreen, it doesn't feel dry at all and keeps my skin hydrated. I appreciate the slight white cast as it helps even out my complexion. It also gives a nice glow. When applied, there's no heavy feeling, just a lightweight sensation.
ConsWhen I reapplied after two hours, I noticed some pilling, almost like it was rolling off in small bits.

ConsIt's too rich in oils. I once used it as a base before applying cushion foundation, but it caused pilling, so I had to remove everything and start over. It's also tricky to use on its own because unless you apply powder meticulously, it makes your skin look greasy, which is disappointing
TipFor those with combination dehydrated skin, it's best to apply this over a light base makeup

There's absolutely no stickiness, leaving your skin feeling fresh and hydrated after application. It's particularly suitable as a daily sunscreen, especially in summer or humid weather, as it doesn't feel heavy at all. Effects: Hydration: Known for its essence-like moisturizing feel, it keeps your skin hydrated for long without any dryness. Brightening: There's no brightening effect, making it perfect for those who prefer a natural skin appearance! White Cast: Absolutely none, allowing for a natural skin look even with multiple applications. Ingredients and Sensitivity: Low Irritation: A major advantage is its suitability for those with sensitive skin. Even on days when my skin was feeling sensitive, it didn't cause any blemishes.
ConsThose with oily skin might notice a slight rich feeling.
TipRecommended for: Dry to combination skin types, and those looking for an easy-to-use daily sunscreen. Overall: Highly recommended for those wanting a natural and fresh sunscreen, especially if you prioritize 'hydration'!

Great for winter use.
ConsWhen applied, it felt itchy on my face, and then small bumps like millet appeared all over. My skin texture visibly worsened. I've never had blemishes before and my skin has always been problem-free no matter what I did, but after using this consistently, I developed dermatitis for the first time in my life, which was really shocking... Because of this, I had to visit a dermatologist for the first time ever. Also, rather than feeling hydrating, it feels quite rich and oily.

If you're suffering from deep dryness, you absolutely must try this. Unlike sunscreens that wash off with sweat, this one forms a protective layer once absorbed, so it doesn't melt away even in summer. When the cold wind blows, it keeps your skin feeling less dry by locking in moisture on the surface. *Recommended for sensitive skin Even when my skin was so sensitive that I couldn't apply essences and could only use creams, I was able to use this without any issues. I've gone through more than two bottles - it's truly become my holy grail product!
ConsTo be honest, I don't have many complaints, but if I had to pick one, it's that it feels a bit pricey compared to other brands. The packaging seems cheaper than competitors, yet the price is higher...
TipWhen your skin isn't at its best, it might feel like it's not absorbing well at first. Give it some time, and it will naturally blend into your skin. If your skin is dry or not in good condition, apply it in small amounts gradually.
