Pros
This toner offers excellent hydration and moisturizing power. It's incredibly gentle, so even with my combination and sensitive skin, I've been using it for several bottles without any blemishes. The value for money is also very good, which is why I keep repurchasing it.
Cons
I haven't found any downsides yet... It's a great product.
Tip
The slightly viscous texture makes it better for absorption rather than as an exfoliating toner. When my skin feels dry, I find it works even better if I layer it a few times.

Pros
This product worked wonders when my skin was dry, thanks to its excellent hydration and moisturizing properties.
Cons
It feels a bit heavy for summer use, so I think it's more suitable for transitional seasons.

Pros
It's so hydrating that one application is enough. There's hardly any irritation.
Cons
The formula is quite sticky, making it difficult to get out of the container. You need to shake it vigorously to dispense the product.

Pros
The Goodal Vegan Rice Milk Moisturizing Toner is incredibly hydrating. As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I found using the toner, emulsion, and cream set in autumn and winter to be absolutely fantastic!
Cons
While those with dry skin might enjoy this year-round, I find it a bit heavy for summer use. The texture is quite viscous, similar to a runny gel.
Tip
Using the complete set was amazing! I highly recommend the toner, emulsion, and cream combo for those with dry skin, especially during winter!

As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I loved how this product provided hydration while also giving a balanced richness.
Cons
I can't think of any particular downsides. Though, it would be nice if the container was designed to prevent spills during use.

Pros
It's so gentle and truly mild on the skin! The scent is almost undetectable, making it pleasant to apply, and it doesn't cause any blemishes! True to its name as a moisturizing toner, it really helps combat deep dryness! I use this Goodal toner with Wellage ampoule, and when I apply both, my skin doesn't break out, feels hydrated, and has a nice, firm texture!
Cons
It feels slightly richer than expected, but not to a degree that's particularly bothersome

It's so hydrating! The water-like texture makes my skin feel less dry than before application!
Cons
When my skin is in poor condition, I feel a sudden burning sensation when applying it. I'm not sure about its soothing effects.
Tip
You can create a long-lasting skin pack by soaking a thin cotton pad and placing it on your face - it won't dry out quickly.
