Not too runny or sticky, making it easy to use consistently without any fuss. It's hydrating and has no bothersome scent.
ConsThe small dispenser opening made it a bit frustrating to get the product out - it didn't flow smoothly.
TipIt's a solid choice with good value for money, offering a generous amount for the price.

I've almost used up a whole bottle, and I haven't experienced any major inconvenience.
ConsIt seems a bit stuffy to use in the summer, which is a bit disappointing.

It's fragrance-free and doesn't seem to burden my skin much.
ConsBeing a moisturizing toner, it can't be denied that it sometimes makes my skin feel a bit heavy.

Cons▪️ It comes out thick like honey, so not much comes out at once, which can be a bit frustrating ▪️ However, it's not a container that you can squeeze to get more out (It's a non-squeezable bottle)
TipI use it as an exfoliating toner before bed, and one cotton pad isn't enough, so I use two

You won't notice it unless you're actively trying to smell it, but I liked that it felt like a natural scent from the ingredients rather than an artificial fragrance. ◇ Texture It's not watery, but has a slightly viscous, runny consistency. As someone with dry skin, I prefer this texture over water-like formulas, so I was pleased. ◇ Hydration/Longevity Having sensitive skin, I usually stick to patting toners as exfoliating ones can be irritating. This product felt perfectly optimized for the patting method! After application, it filled my skin with hydration and made it feel plump, seeming to enhance the absorption of emulsions and creams applied afterwards. The moisturizing effect also seemed to last longer than usual! However, those with dry skin will still likely need an emulsion and cream. ◇ User Experience As it's marketed as a gentle toner that passed sensitive skin tests, I tried it with confidence. It truly felt mild without any irritation. There was no stinging or burning sensation at all. I've used it for over a week without any blemishes appearing. It seems safe to use without worry! ◇ Vegan 🌱Vegan cosmetics: Products that avoid animal-derived ingredients and animal testing, while minimizing unnecessary chemicals and single-use plastics. This was my first time trying a Goodal product, and I appreciated that it's vegan! Despite using recycled plastic, the packaging has a nice matte finish and looks clean.
ConsWhile I liked it overall, if I had to point out one drawback, the bottle opening allows for good control, but it comes out in small amounts, which felt a bit frustrating. I had to tap it into my hand several times to get the desired amount. On the bright side, this reduces the risk of accidentally pouring out too much.
TipIt's great for use as a patting toner! Dispense the desired amount of toner into your palm, then spread it widely over your skin before gently patting to help the skin absorb the hydration.

There's a very faint rice scent, not like freshly cooked rice, but more like actual rice grains. I could barely detect it when I put my nose right up to the product, but couldn't smell anything when applying. ✨Packaging: They use recycled plastic for the container and sugar cane byproduct for the packaging paper, avoiding cutting down trees. With the growing interest in vegan products, it's great to see them making eco-friendly choices. ✨Texture: It's not quite a water formula, but more like a mix between a runny consistency and water - imagine something in between. ✨Hydration: I found this product works better as a toner than an exfoliant. For those who usually do the '7-skin method', 2-3 layers of this should suffice. After 2-3 layers, my skin feels plump and makeup applies beautifully. It works great with my Neo Fade (matte) foundation. ✨Lasting hydration: As someone with oily skin, I felt the hydration lasted a long time. After applying, I didn't even think about dryness. ✨2-week daily use review: Great base for makeup 👍 Despite my oily skin, it didn't feel greasy and didn't cause any blemishes. It's suitable for all skin types from dry to oily. With its good value for money, I'd definitely repurchase this product with my own money.
ConsThe narrow opening made it a bit frustrating to dispense the product. I wanted to pour a generous amount into my hand, but it came out drop by drop. I found myself squeezing the bottle hard towards the end.
TipFor those who do the '7-skin method', 2-3 layers of this product should be enough. It's also great for touch-ups around the nose or eyes using a cotton swab. Since it doesn't dry quickly and lasts long, it's convenient to decant some into a separate container with cotton swabs for on-the-go use.

I have combination dehydrated skin prone to small blemishes on my forehead and around my nose. I prefer products with high hydration. Usually, I layer my Rovectin Activating Treatment Lotion 3-4 times as a toner because I love super moisturizing formulas. 1. As the name 'Goodal Vegan Rice Milk Moisturizing Toner' suggests, it's a hydrating toner with a runny texture and decent moisture level. Compared to my Rovectin product, which is intensely moisturizing and slightly sticky, the Goodal toner has some viscosity but finishes without stickiness, feeling hydrating and fresh. I might perceive it this way because I'm used to heavier formulas. Its consistency makes it less runny and much easier to use than watery toners. 2. The packaging mentions 30% recycled plastic and eco-friendly paper, which I appreciate as it aligns with the product's vegan ethos. I also like that it's lightweight and safe, not being made of glass. 3. It's a vegan product that's completed low-irritation and sensitive skin tests, and it truly feels gentle. My skin had been acting up recently, but after using this as a toner pack, it calmed down significantly by the next day. I'd recommend using it as a toner pack to reduce facial heat and boost hydration. Compared to my previous more expensive product, I find the Goodal Vegan Moisturizing Toner to be a great value with its 300ml size and reasonable price of 20,000 won. I plan to alternate between this and my existing product going forward!
Cons1. While I'm personally satisfied with this product, I think it might feel heavy for oily skin types due to its texture, while dry skin types might find it a bit light. This is purely down to individual differences. 2. Initially, I found it frustrating that the product didn't dispense easily from the opening. It improved after a few uses, but this was a minor disappointment. 3. Those looking for dramatic effects might find it too gentle and lacking in functional benefits. I'm satisfied with a toner that provides hydration, but this could be a point of contention for some users.
TipI found that layering the toner 3-4 times really helps to boost hydration! Also, using it as a toner pack is great for reducing skin heat. I've been doing this frequently lately, and it's really helped calm down my small blemishes.

This definitely made me feel more confident using it. While the ingredients seem ideal for dry skin types, it surprisingly worked well for my combination skin too. To be honest, I think those with dry skin might find it less hydrating than expected. Since it's a toner, you might not have high expectations, but the final feeling was more refreshing than deeply moisturizing. + The large volume means it'll last a while even with frequent use. + I appreciate the brand's eco-friendly image.
Cons• Packaging: You have to tilt the bottle 180 degrees and tap it like a small sample bottle to get the product out. While this helps conserve product, it felt a bit frustrating for someone like me who's used to applying skincare products generously. • Foaming: When I applied it with a cotton pad, I initially felt a slight lather that made me wonder if I'd mistaken it for a cleanser. I double-checked the instructions, but it seems this slight foaming is normal. Still, I wasn't particularly fond of this aspect.
TipThose with naturally dry skin should definitely follow up with an emulsion. Since it's winter, using it alongside something like jojoba oil could be beneficial. Despite containing many ingredients good for dry skin, it wasn't as deeply moisturizing as I expected.

The texture is like clear mucus, quite viscous. I'd strongly recommend it for skin-packing or layering rather than as an exfoliating toner. I was amazed at the intense hydration it provides - the best moisture a toner can offer - when I used it for skin-packing and double layering. I want to emphasize again that this is an incredibly hydrating moisturizing toner. Skin-packing alone provides excellent moisture replenishment, but if you apply one or two layers after that, it's so hydrating that you can skip several steps in your skincare routine and just finish with a moisturizing cream. Having used many light, watery toners recently, I found this deeply hydrating toner very welcome. While the ingredients are gentle, my skin is prone to allergies and very sensitive, so I'm usually worried when trying new skincare products. However, this toner actually helped soothe redness and itchy dry patches, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend it as a winter moisturizing toner. For those with oily skin, the hydration from skin-packing alone might be sufficient. I also want to praise its effectiveness as a vegan product.
ConsConsidering the texture, the bottle opening is quite small, which was frustrating for an impatient person like me.
