While lightweight, it absorbs well and seems to fulfill its role as a toner effectively.
ConsPerhaps because my skin is extremely dry, it feels a bit light for me.
TipI found it pairs well when applied together with a rich winter cream for a perfect combination.

Cons- A toner suitable for lightly hydrating without special functions; might be slightly insufficient for dry skin - Occasionally produces a bit of foam
TipA runny texture that can be used for both absorption and exfoliation. Adding a drop or two of oil makes it suitable even for extremely dry skin

I have combination dehydrated skin prone to small blemishes on my forehead and around my nose. I prefer products with high hydration. Usually, I layer my Rovectin Activating Treatment Lotion 3-4 times as a toner because I love super moisturizing formulas. 1. As the name 'Goodal Vegan Rice Milk Moisturizing Toner' suggests, it's a hydrating toner with a runny texture and decent moisture level. Compared to my Rovectin product, which is intensely moisturizing and slightly sticky, the Goodal toner has some viscosity but finishes without stickiness, feeling hydrating and fresh. I might perceive it this way because I'm used to heavier formulas. Its consistency makes it less runny and much easier to use than watery toners. 2. The packaging mentions 30% recycled plastic and eco-friendly paper, which I appreciate as it aligns with the product's vegan ethos. I also like that it's lightweight and safe, not being made of glass. 3. It's a vegan product that's completed low-irritation and sensitive skin tests, and it truly feels gentle. My skin had been acting up recently, but after using this as a toner pack, it calmed down significantly by the next day. I'd recommend using it as a toner pack to reduce facial heat and boost hydration. Compared to my previous more expensive product, I find the Goodal Vegan Moisturizing Toner to be a great value with its 300ml size and reasonable price of 20,000 won. I plan to alternate between this and my existing product going forward!
Cons1. While I'm personally satisfied with this product, I think it might feel heavy for oily skin types due to its texture, while dry skin types might find it a bit light. This is purely down to individual differences. 2. Initially, I found it frustrating that the product didn't dispense easily from the opening. It improved after a few uses, but this was a minor disappointment. 3. Those looking for dramatic effects might find it too gentle and lacking in functional benefits. I'm satisfied with a toner that provides hydration, but this could be a point of contention for some users.
TipI found that layering the toner 3-4 times really helps to boost hydration! Also, using it as a toner pack is great for reducing skin heat. I've been doing this frequently lately, and it's really helped calm down my small blemishes.
