Recently, after bleaching my scalp, I noticed an alarming amount of hair loss. While shopping for scalp tonics and shampoos, I stumbled upon this product. It's an Amazon bestseller, boasting 100% aloe vera leaf juice instead of purified water, and claims to be a solution for excess sebum and scalp soothing care. I used it with high hopes. Here's my review after about a week of use: ------- The severe hair loss I was experiencing has stopped. My scalp itchiness has completely disappeared too! (I used this while my scalp was damaged, along with other scalp tonics.) It has a strong herbal scent with citrus notes, making shower time feel like a spa treatment. Unlike many shampoos of this type that don't lather well, this one produces rich, creamy foam. However, it does leave your hair feeling squeaky clean after rinsing. Since there's a limit to how much a shampoo can condition bleached hair, I use a treatment after shampooing. My fine hair seems to have gained more strength.
ConsWhile your hair feels squeaky clean when washing, it's soft once dry. It's easy to get used to. I recommend using a conditioner along with it.
TipLather it up, leave it on your hair for a moment, then rinse!
