The humidity of summer and rainy days used to make my unruly hair crawl up into a mess, causing me so much stress. Styling was out of the question, and I'd consider myself lucky if I could just dry my hair properly. But wow, I can't believe how incredibly calm my hair has become! I didn't expect much, but I'm so satisfied that I'll definitely be repurchasing. This shampoo works hard to tame my locks!
ConsThere weren't really any downsides. While it doesn't produce an abundance of lather, the amount is just right. Actually, I prefer this as I'm not a fan of artificially enhanced foam production.
TipDon't pump out a large amount at once and apply it directly to your scalp. I recommend using about half of your usual amount, gently rolling it in your hands, and massaging it into your scalp as a first step. Then, pump out the remaining half for a second massage.

The natural lemon-ginger scent might be an acquired taste, but I personally enjoyed it. The instructions suggest shampooing twice, which makes sense as those with oily hair might find their scalp getting a bit greasy by evening if they only wash once in the morning. As my hair isn't extremely oily, I find that one wash with warm water is sufficient for me.
ConsThe lather isn't very rich. Compared to the Aromatica Tea Tree shampoo I was using before, the foam is definitely less dense, and the cleansing effectiveness is somewhat lower when using the same amount. That's probably why they recommend washing twice. The pump dispenser makes it a bit tricky to control the amount of shampoo - it tends to come out in a sudden burst. That's a bit disappointing. Also, those with long hair might find their locks feeling slightly stiff after washing. As I have short hair, it doesn't bother me, but if you're particular about styling, you might want to use a conditioner, treatment, or hair essence.
TipI've noticed that water temperature is crucial when shampooing. Using water that's slightly warmer than body temperature, around 40°C, to thoroughly wet your hair before shampooing seems to result in a much more effective cleanse. It's also important not to use too much shampoo - just the right amount. Massaging your scalp with your fingertips while shampooing might even help with preventing hair loss.
