Pros
This product has definitely given my roots more strength! My hair hasn't necessarily gotten thicker or anything, but the volume of my hair seems to have a bit more oomph to it. The fragrance is just like powdered lemon + ginger syrup, and when it wafts through during my shower, it feels like I'm getting an aromatherapy treatment - it's a really nice sensation. It also seems like my hair is falling out a bit less, and the hair at my scalp is standing up a bit more, so it's not as flat. It cleanses my scalp refreshingly, but it doesn't leave my hair feeling stiff or overly dry either - it's great!
Cons
The lather doesn't come through very well on the first shampoo. But since I go to the swimming pool, I usually shampoo my hair with another product before going in, and then use this one after my workout, so it's not a huge issue. Though if I had to use this to shampoo twice, it would feel like a bit of a waste. If you just rinse it out right away, the effects don't seem as good. But if you lather it up and let it sit for a few minutes before rinsing, you can really feel the boost in volume at the roots. 1. Scent is great While using it, the scent felt very familiar, and I wondered what it was. It seems similar to the vitamin C lemon scent! In a way, it has a very refreshing and tangy scent. This is a review from the Hwahae Trial Reviewer! Originally, I had a lot of hair, but after using various other shampoos and dealing with work stress, my hair kept falling out and getting thinner. So this time, I applied to be a Hwahae Trial Reviewer and used it consistently for 2 weeks! First of all, the formula is not too thick, but more watery, so it was easy to shampoo my long hair. And the scent is like a herbal or herb-like fragrance, which I liked. Even though it's a functional shampoo, my hair didn't become stiff, and my scalp felt refreshed. I also felt like the oily buildup at night decreased. I didn't know much about this shampoo before, but I think I'll be using it regularly from now on!! It's the #1 on Amazon, so I can see why not just anyone can use it.

They've been complimenting how soft and shiny my hair looks! 😄 I've also noticed that the split ends have disappeared, which I'm really happy about. So I'm definitely going to keep using this shampoo. I'm so grateful to have been selected for this trial! 😊 ✔️ In fact, I started using it right away the day I received it, and the next morning I noticed a big painful pimple had popped up on the back of my head. 😢 I do occasionally get those painful pimples, but I wondered if it was because I just started using this. (Personal preference) 💙 Scalp condition: About 5 months after giving birth, there is no dandruff, but the hair that accumulated during pregnancy is falling out, leaving my scalp weakened. 💙 Ingredients: There are no harmful ingredients like parabens, mineral oils, formaldehyde, glycols, etc. that can affect the scalp, which is good. 💙 Usage experience: The formula is thinner than expected. One pump can wet about 30cm of hair, and the lather is good too:) It's recommended to wash it twice, but once was enough for me. For an oily scalp, you'll need to pay attention to the washing method and the number of times you rinse. After washing, there's no sticky feeling, which is nice. To cut to the chase, this is a highly recommended product. The scent is quite strong like herbal lemon when washing or right after, but it doesn't linger for too long or have an overpowering aftertaste. The micro-fine, soft bubbles cleanse the scalp gently without irritation, and the best part is that even after just shampooing, the hair feels soft and smooth without tangles. I normally don't wash my hair for about two days and don't get oily easily, plus I have a scalp condition, so I avoid shampoos with lots of harsh ingredients. (Using those kinds of shampoos immediately causes issues for me.) There were no problems with my scalp condition worsening or any sudden changes in my scalp condition when using this product. If used consistently, it seems like it would help improve the health of the scalp - a really nice, soothing effect.

The only downside was that since I have a lot of thick, long hair, the amount of lather was a bit lacking, requiring 5-6 pumps each time, which was a bit of a waste.

😊Review from a Hwahae Trial Reviewer😊 I've been really interested in shampoos lately because it seems like I've been losing a lot of hair, and I was lucky enough to be selected for the Hwahae trial. I had been using the Bangwon shampoo and the Rabo H shampoo, but this one is not as good as the previous two... I had high expectations since it's the number one on Amazon, but the scent is kind of like gum? Out of the three, this one has the best scent though. But the most important thing is!!!! the lather!!!!! It doesn't lather up much, and since there's not much lather, I'm not sure if it's actually cleaning my hair...It also doesn't have a refreshing feeling... In the end, I find myself not reaching for this one as often...
