I think I've finally found the toner I've been searching for! After comparing various ingredients, I decided to purchase this one and I'm really enjoying using it. This product seems like it would be great for those with dry skin. I'm not sure how well it would work for oily skin types though.

The texture is just right - not too thick, not completely liquid, but with a slight viscosity that's more substantial than water. This allows it to absorb into the skin with a nice, firming effect (it really does make your skin feel firmer!). I've been using it morning and night after cleansing since I received it, and I love how it doesn't feel heavy at all. I've been using it for about two weeks now, and it's been amazing. Usually, around that time of the month or when I'm stressed, I'd get small blemishes or pimples, but since using this, I haven't had any breakouts. Plus, my skin texture feels more refined. I absolutely recommend this product! I'm definitely planning to purchase it with my own money once I finish this one. The only slight downside is that it might feel a bit sticky if you only apply this product by itself. The most noticeable improvement was in my skin texture. Makes skin texture soft and moisturized Firstly, I liked that the formula wasn't too thin or sticky, but had a nice medium consistency The oil and moisture balance was good, so it absorbed well With soothing ingredients like Centella Asiatica extract, it had a calming effect on acne scars and pimples No irritation or sensitivity reactions like itching There weren't any particular downsides! I just thought it might be convenient to have a smaller size for travel and ease of use. This product worked best when used together with Dr. Jart+ Red Blemish Clear Soothing Cream. My routine was: first this Cica Peptide Toner (reviewed product) -> Blemish Soothing Cream -> then the Cica Peptide (reviewed product) again. I didn't experience any blemishes while using it. My routine: apply and let it absorb before moisturizer - works like a charm! Even with my oily skin, using this alone in winter wasn't enough. It left my skin feeling dry. But since most people don't rely on toner alone for skincare, it shouldn't be a big issue.

Note that this wasn't the only product I was using. Currently, I have acne-prone skin that's extremely sensitive and severely lacking in hydration! Texture: It's not a watery exfoliating toner, but rather has a slight oiliness. It's more fluid than mucus but not quite as runny as water. Irritation: It applies smoothly without any irritation. My skin didn't sting, and no new blemishes appeared. Effectiveness: It's said to provide long-lasting moisture when your skin is very dry, with a slight oily feel. This product really lived up to its all-in-one claims. However, when using this, I barely noticed any dryness - it was that moisturizing. That said, my T-zone is slightly oily, so I did feel a bit of greasiness there. It might be great for those with dry skin, but people with oily skin might find it too rich. The hydration level is decent... I'm not saying it's incredibly moist, but it does provide a good amount of hydration. Texture It definitely feels like a cream toner - when applying, it's like spreading a light, fluid cream with a soft, smooth texture. It's quite pleasant to apply... makes you feel like your skin is improving somehow. While it's slightly rich, it doesn't leave a sticky feeling after application. It's more like the sensation after applying a concentrated essence. Quantity The bottle is huge. Since it's a cream toner, you can't use it as liberally as a regular water-based toner, so it should last quite a while. Soothing effect Not really... To be honest, I only used it for about two weeks, so I didn't notice much of a soothing effect. Don't buy it if you're expecting it to calm your skin. If there's a bit too much oil, it's an oil explosion; if not enough, I get deep dryness with an oily sheen and itchiness. I have severe deep dryness and super sensitive skin. Shea butter, lavender oil, coconut oil, and other oils don't agree with me. 🌼Overall impression Recommended for combination dehydrated, dry, and combination skin Addresses severe deep dryness!! However, it doesn't feel excessive. Due to my severe deep dryness, I used to do a daily mask routine every evening, soaking a sheet mask with toner. Some days, my skin still felt tight and dry. But since using this toner, I don't feel dry even without the mask routine. And somehow, my pores seem to have gotten a bit smaller. If all continues well, I'll likely repurchase. The downside is that there's nothing particularly noteworthy in the ingredients except for PEG. Fortunately, I haven't experienced any issues while using it, so I'm still using it well. Also, it might be too rich for oily skin types. Adjust the amount you apply according to your skin condition. Fellow combination dehydrated skin folks, give it a try!
