I used 4 scents - Acacia Moringa, Basil Citrus, Ylang Ylang, and Baby Powder, and the classic scents are still the best. The Acacia Moringa scent is the best. I initially purchased Kundal from Coupang, but sometimes the bottles would arrive leaking and the scent would occasionally go bad, so I started buying from Olive Young. I stock up on Kundal shampoo when there are sales at Olive Young. Overall, Kundal helps stabilize my mood and makes me feel good. The Acacia Moringa scent has a honey-like aroma with a hint of rosemary, and the sweet fragrance leaves a soft vanilla note at the end. Even though low-pH shampoos don't lather well, I don't have to worry about that with Kundal. A small amount of pumping produces a good lather, and while low-pH shampoos are said to damage hair, my hair actually feels softer with Kundal. It's just the best.
ConsThe cleansing power of Kundal is a bit disappointing. I thought the good lather meant it was cleaning well, but you really have to wait a day or so to know for sure. My scalp feels itchy, I'm getting dandruff, and my hair is getting oily - all of these issues have come up. As an oily-haired person, I would recommend not using a conditioner and just spraying a water-based essence on the ends of the hair after shampooing.

ConsWhat on earth is the ingredient that makes it so oily? I'm really curious. They at least used a baby powder scent well (although this is also oily). I tried an acacia scent out of curiosity, but do I have an acacia allergy? :( All day long, my hairline and ears are itchy. The oil is even more than the powder scent. Even after rinsing and drying, it feels greasy, like I've applied mayonnaise. Though the greasiness does go away over time, I just shampooed and it feels so unpleasant :( My child also used it, and we were both constantly scratching our heads haha. My child's hair is greasy too haha. I asked my husband to try it, and if he also finds it itchy, I'll have to throw it away. :(

It lathers well and the ingredients are decent compared to other commercial products.
ConsMy head feels itchy; and the acacia moringa may also have strong likes and dislikes as the scent is very strong when washing hair.

Shampoos that only contain natural surfactants often lack cleansing power, and by the evening, the scalp starts to smell, but Kundal's natural formula uses plenty of surfactants, and the scent lasts for up to two days, which is the biggest advantage. The lather is also very abundant, so you don't need to do a double shampoo, just one is enough. Another advantage is the wide variety of scents to choose from. I've been using it since June and have tried the Clean Soap, Orchid Neroli, and Moringa Acacia scents. My personal favorite is the Orchid Neroli, but it's not registered on Hwahae, so I'm using the Moringa Acacia. Both the Moringa and Acacia have a honey-like scent from start to finish.
ConsI'm not sure if it's because I'm using Kundal or due to the change in seasons, but my hair has become incredibly frizzy. And while I didn't have any scalp irritation before, I sometimes experience scalp itchiness since using Kundal.
