After using it, I noticed less hair fall than usual and my hair texture seems to have become a bit softer. However, I did experience some blemishes along my hairline after using it. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJan 29, 2023
I've tried so many anti-hair loss shampoos, but nothing compares to this one. My scalp used to be flaky and dry, but this is the only product that truly soothes my scalp. It makes your hair quite stiff. The price is on the higher side, so it's best to buy it when it's on sale. However, it's still worth purchasing. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 24, 2022
My scalp feels light and clean after washing. The bottle is generously sized, which is great since I have thick hair that tends to shed a lot. It seems to be strengthening my hair roots, as I'm noticing less hair fall and my hair feels more resilient. There's nothing particularly bad to mention. While the price is a bit on the higher side, it's great that you can find it cheaper online. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 25, 2021
I'm not someone who typically has hair problems, but during those occasional periods when I notice more hair falling out, I use this twice a week. I feel like it really reduces the shedding during those times! When I brush my hair with a shampoo brush, there's definitely less hair coming out! However, it's quite pricey. If I had to use it daily, I'd have to think twice about it. Even if you don't currently need scalp or hair loss products, it's good to use them once or twice a week as a preventative measure. - Hwahae UserDry SkinOct 20, 2020
After using it for about 4 months, I've noticed that my hair is definitely shedding less, which is visibly noticeable. The cleansing effectiveness is great! It leaves my hair feeling thoroughly clean. I also liked that the scent isn't artificial. I'd say it's worth trying at least once! The price is truly wicked... Also, for a hair loss shampoo, when I checked the ingredients through the Hwahae app, I found some not-so-good ones in there, which felt like a betrayal, so I deducted a few stars! Other than that, I don't think there's anything particularly bad about it. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinAug 30, 2020
As someone with an oily scalp, I've been trying various products. My wife mentioned that my hair loss seems to have decreased a bit. However, it doesn't seem to significantly reduce the main issue of oily scalps - the buildup of oil over time. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAug 20, 2020
I decided to give it a try after seeing an ad claiming it prevents hair loss and improves hair texture I was disappointed that the results weren't as dramatic as I had hoped Bubbling - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 6, 2019
As someone with extremely sensitive scalp, I've found that most commercial shampoos, no matter how high-end, cause immediate flaking and make my hair thin and fall out easily. Skip washing for just one day, and it's all oil and odor. This shampoo is the only one that doesn't cause flaking. It reduces hair loss, and even seems to make my hair strands a bit thicker. I'm so sensitive that I once tried a cooling shampoo recommended for scalps, only to have a bad reaction and throw it away. (This one has no cooling effect and feels like a concentrated shampoo extract.) I genuinely can't use anything else. When I switch to other shampoos, I immediately get flakes and increased hair loss. I highly recommend this for those with truly sensitive scalps. My hair is slightly past chest-length, and one pump is enough to create plenty of rich lather to wash it all. In fact, one pump might even be too much... I really can't recommend this enough! The price is... absolutely brutal. The online deals with buy-one-get-one-free make it more affordable, so I buy online. But I have no choice... I've tried other J's Forest shampoos, but they didn't seem much different from regular commercial shampoos. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinSep 4, 2019
I've been using this shampoo for nearly a year now, and I've noticed that it seems to reduce hair loss to some extent. The scent isn't particularly pleasant, and for someone like me with oily hair, washing once isn't enough. My hair quickly becomes greasy, so I have to wash it twice. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJun 12, 2019
After using it for 3 months, I noticed a significant decrease in hair loss. The menthol in the shampoo gives a refreshing sensation on the scalp, making it feel super clean. Even with just this shampoo, my hair became noticeably softer. If you leave the shampoo on for too long, it seems to slightly fade your hair color. I tend to leave it on like I'm removing dirt, and not only did it affect my dyed hair, but it also seemed to lighten my natural hair color quite a bit. (This is after about 6 months of use.) It seems like my scalp might have developed a tolerance, as the amount of hair loss has returned to what it was before using this product. Many people these days use scalp brushes, but with this product, it's not really necessary. If you want more lather, it's better to shampoo twice. For the first wash, use one pump and lather lightly. For the second wash, also use one pump and massage it in for more foam. On days with heavy air pollution, it's good to do this double cleanse in the evening. However, it's wise not to over-stimulate your scalp.
