The fact that it's vegan gives me a good feeling even before using it, thinking it must contain quality ingredients. If it suits my skin well, I wouldn't mind using it consistently. 2. I always use an exfoliating toner after cleansing. This product has a nice consistency - not too thin, not too thick. I like that it doesn't drip down. 3. It seems perfect for the season when we need more hydration after summer. Unlike very thin formulas that just wipe off, this product absorbs well while still being an exfoliating toner. It could even work as a regular moisturizing toner. 4. After applying, you can feel the hydration penetrating deep into the skin. It doesn't just sit on the surface, and there's no feeling of tightness. 5. The design would make a great gift for someone with non-reactive skin. It looks luxurious, and being a vegan product adds to its gift value.
Cons1. The scent is a bit... it's like red ginseng, or somewhat medicinal? It smells a bit like an herbal pharmacy. I guess it's because it's a vegan product, but it's a scent I'm still getting used to. 2. I have oily T-zone, and I noticed that when I apply it at night, my skin is a bit oilier in the morning. It might be better for those with dry skin, or oily skin types should use less. 3. The glass container makes it quite heavy. I'd rather not imagine what would happen if I accidentally dropped it... A lighter PP container might have been fine too.
TipDue to constant mask-wearing, I've been getting blemishes around my cheeks and chin. I tried soaking a cotton pad generously with this toner, refrigerating it for 15-20 minutes, and using it as a mask. It seemed to make my skin feel firmer. It might be good to use it this way occasionally.

My skin type: oily (sometimes combination dehydrated, but not extremely oily). I applied for this product as my skin has been feeling more sensitive lately. First impressions: it came wrapped in a crinkly paper-like material. The bottle size is comparable to my hand, which is slightly smaller than average. It arrived in a double-layered box for extra protection. Upon opening, I noticed the seal was plastic, unlike my usual toners. This could be handy for travel (of course, tightly sealed), so I'm keeping the seal (I'm not great at sealing things myself). It has a liquid texture. The instructions suggest using cotton pads to even skin tone, but due to my blemishes, I only occasionally use cotton for toning and mostly for mask packs. Usually, I apply with my hands. The toner's slightly thick consistency made me worry about over-pouring, but it dispenses just right. It claims to nourish the skin and be suitable for sensitive skin. My skin is somewhat sensitive, but I haven't had any reactions, suggesting it's free of irritants. (Note: I don't react to aromatics, tea tree, or aloe). I thought I'd use it up quickly due to its size, but I've barely used half. There's more product than expected. The scent is quite strong, reminiscent of tea tree with hints of healthy herbs and mint. Summary: - Size: Smaller than expected - Amount: Lasts longer than anticipated - Sensitive skin: No reactions - Blemishes: None appeared - Bumpy skin: None so far - Scent: Strong tea tree fragrance - Hydration: Neither too much nor too little - Oil control: A bit excessive (face looks slightly shiny 5 minutes after application)
ConsAs mentioned earlier, it's more rich than I expected. I don't have extremely oily skin, but even when I used my usual amount, it left my skin so oily that I had to cleanse again. After reducing the amount by half, it was better. I wouldn't recommend this for those with very oily skin.
