I've been using the Kombucha Vegan Collagen Cream and I liked it so much that I ended up purchasing the toner as well! My skin type is combination, and when I use products that are too heavy or don't absorb well, my skin feels congested and flaky. Just using the cream alone wasn't enough, so I bought the toner too. Using them together makes my skin feel so plump and bouncy. The absorption is great, and the hydration lasts a long time. 👍🏻 When I was just using the cream, I felt like my skin was flaking, but applying the toner first helps to smooth out the flakiness before I put on the cream. I haven't tried using it as a cleansing toner, but I think it would work well for that too! Being vegan, I really enjoy being able to use these products morning and night without any issues. Since using the Hwahae Trial Reviewer products, I've had hardly any breakouts, and they've helped to remove my dead skin cells effectively. It's also reduced the amount of product that gets stuck in my pores. And most importantly, the translucent glass bottles look so luxurious and beautiful ❤️

I'm not just using one toner, but I'm using multiple products. Among the recent products I've used, this is the one I like the most. I tend to apply the toner multiple times, and it's definitely good for my dehydrated skin. The formula isn't too runny like water, but it's not as thick as mucus either. Although I didn't expect much moisturizing from the clear skin formula, it effectively addressed my dry skin right from the first application. With just 3 layers, it provides enough hydration that I can skip the lotion. It doesn't absorb too quickly, so I need to pat it in a bit.

The glass bottle is heavy. It would be great if they offered a larger size. It would be nice if they had sales more often.

Soaking a thin cotton pad with the toner and placing it on dry areas works even better than a sheet mask.

This is the first product I've tried that provides a simultaneous sense of hydration and moisture. While applying, I feel the hydration, and at the end, there's a slight oiliness that leaves me feeling not too dry. The serum-like texture was previously too thick or sticky, and the water toner was too watery to be helpful, but this product's texture and function/finish is really satisfying to me. It's best to wait for a brand sale to get it at a more affordable price.

My skin is quite sensitive, but this product has great ingredients and is gentle, so it soothes my skin!~ It absorbs deeply into the skin, effectively tackling dryness. My skin is dry, so it often gets cracked and dehydrated in this weather. But applying it morning and night has really helped! The texture is lovely and the scent is wonderful too! It's moisturizing and has great hydrating power! Most importantly, it doesn't leave any residue, so my makeup has been going on smoothly these days.
Cons
It seems to suit all skin tones well, so I don't really have any complaints!

When I wipe off the toner, it removes dirt and leaves my skin even more hydrated.

This is a review from the Hwahae Trial Reviewer after 2 weeks of use :) I have sensitive combination skin that becomes drier and has less sebum production as I age! I'm particularly sensitive to alcohol, so I can't use products with that, and toners with a high ratio of distilled water don't seem to have much effect on me. The good things I experienced using this product are: 1. Moisturizing power like an essence! I tried using it as a cleansing oil and also just scooping some onto my hands and patting it in, and my skin never felt tight or like I needed to immediately apply another product! (About 2 days after starting to test, I washed my face and just used this product, leaving it on for about 10 minutes) 2. Non-irritating for sensitive skin! I was actually a bit hesitant to apply because of the oil ingredients that can sometimes irritate my sensitive skin. I've used other products with those oils before and ended up with irritation and breakouts... But this product is over 80% fermented ingredients and the oil content isn't too high, so I decided to give it a try! And lo and behold, this product actually calmed my irritated skin! ㅎㅎ It's not as intensely soothing as the mugwort line, but the fact that it doesn't irritate my skin at all and provides some soothing is really great.
Cons
Ugh...just like others have mentioned, the scent is a bit funky. As with all fermented, fragrance-free products, the smell is something you'll have to get used to ㅜㅜ And the packaging is heavier than I expected :/
Tip
Personally, I find that patting this product in with my hands works better for me than using it as a cleansing oil! It really boosts the moisturizing effects and helps minimize irritation for my sensitive skin.

💟Hwahae Trial Reviewer Review💟 - Lately, I've had quite a few milia on my cheeks due to wearing masks, but they have improved to some extent! I felt that my skin was calming down. The effect wasn't huge, but the milia didn't get worse, and the bumps caused by the mask seemed to have subsided a bit. Even my redness was quite severe, but after applying the toner, the redness also felt quite soothed! After applying, I didn't feel any dryness, and the moisture was maintained for quite a long time.
