Cons✓ The scent? It would be nice if it were a bit more subtle, but it's just a minor issue. Other than that, I didn't notice any drawbacks

In that regard, I really liked that this is a vegan product with no harmful ingredients at all. • The packaging is hygienic and allows for easy control of the amount dispensed. It has a slightly viscous texture, so it doesn't run like water, making it convenient to use when applied to the hand. • I used to soak cotton pads for a skin pack, but lately I've been applying it directly with my hands. It absorbs well with a rich texture, so the overall experience is quite pleasant.
Cons• Hmm... the herbal scent? Personally, I prefer this medicinal smell to typical cosmetic fragrances, but it's quite strong. If you're not fond of the scent of traditional medicine shops, you might not like it. I generally prefer fragrance-free products as scents make me feel like harmful ingredients have been added. • I've only been using it for a week, so it's possible that's why, but I haven't noticed any dramatic improvements in my skin. However, it hasn't caused any blemishes either, so it seems like a decent toner for everyday use. Plus, the ingredients aren't bad.
Tip• Personally, I found that patting it on with my hands worked better for absorption than using it as a skin pack. • I liked this product because of its good ingredients and the fact that it's vegan. The user experience wasn't bad either! I discovered this brand by chance through the Hwahae Testers program, and I think I'll keep an eye on it in the future.

The fact that it's vegan gives me a good feeling even before using it, thinking it must contain quality ingredients. If it suits my skin well, I wouldn't mind using it consistently. 2. I always use an exfoliating toner after cleansing. This product has a nice consistency - not too thin, not too thick. I like that it doesn't drip down. 3. It seems perfect for the season when we need more hydration after summer. Unlike very thin formulas that just wipe off, this product absorbs well while still being an exfoliating toner. It could even work as a regular moisturizing toner. 4. After applying, you can feel the hydration penetrating deep into the skin. It doesn't just sit on the surface, and there's no feeling of tightness. 5. The design would make a great gift for someone with non-reactive skin. It looks luxurious, and being a vegan product adds to its gift value.
Cons1. The scent is a bit... it's like red ginseng, or somewhat medicinal? It smells a bit like an herbal pharmacy. I guess it's because it's a vegan product, but it's a scent I'm still getting used to. 2. I have oily T-zone, and I noticed that when I apply it at night, my skin is a bit oilier in the morning. It might be better for those with dry skin, or oily skin types should use less. 3. The glass container makes it quite heavy. I'd rather not imagine what would happen if I accidentally dropped it... A lighter PP container might have been fine too.
TipDue to constant mask-wearing, I've been getting blemishes around my cheeks and chin. I tried soaking a cotton pad generously with this toner, refrigerating it for 15-20 minutes, and using it as a mask. It seemed to make my skin feel firmer. It might be good to use it this way occasionally.

It provides just the right amount of moisture for my dry skin! I think it would be great to use even in winter. The texture is rich and concentrated. Despite being an exfoliating toner, it has a thick consistency. It's not runny like some watery toners, but when applied to a cotton pad, it doesn't spread out quickly. Instead, it absorbs in a concentrated manner, which shows how rich the formula is.
ConsThe scent is quite strong. It has a fragrance similar to traditional herbal medicine, which might be polarizing. If you're not particularly sensitive to scents, it should be fine.

That's why skincare basics have become so important to me. First off, this product is super hydrating! While it's not a watery consistency, I apply it with a cotton pad and my skin doesn't feel tight at all. Plus, it doesn't cause any new blemishes. My existing ones haven't disappeared, but no new ones have popped up either. That's a relief!
ConsTo be honest, I could overlook everything else, but the scent is truly unbearable. I'm not sure if I'm just sensitive to fragrances, but after applying this, I can barely breathe. I have to layer another product on top just to be able to take a breath. The smell alone makes me not want to use this anymore.

I even use it in the morning before applying sunscreen and heading out. That's how moisturizing it is without any deep dryness. The product has a water-like consistency and doesn't feel sticky after application. I love the clean, attractive design of the toner bottle, and the cap has a dispenser that controls the amount, preventing it from gushing out. While I don't typically have many blemishes, my skin can react with small bumps if a product is too rich or nourishing. However, with consistent use of this toner, I didn't experience any breakouts. It also seems to help prevent dead skin cells from appearing when I wear makeup.
ConsThe scent is quite disappointing. It seems to be the characteristic kombucha smell, which becomes quite noticeable when I pour it onto my hands to apply. I'm not particularly sensitive, so it didn't bother me too much, but those who are sensitive to scents might find it bothersome. However, the smell doesn't linger - it disappears once you pat it in and let it absorb!
TipI usually have a prescription toner from my dermatologist that I use at night, so I applied this kombucha toner in the morning. The quantity is quite generous, and I considered using it as a mask. However, since the texture doesn't really soak into cotton pads well, I just kept it in the fridge and used it as a cool, refreshing toner in the morning.

It's been a while, but I'm here to share my candid thoughts after using the Herbloom Kombucha Toner. 1. Product Design: It's clean and compact. Unlike tall, slender bottles, this chubby one seems perfect for popping in your bag. 2. Texture: It's not as watery as typical toners. It's slightly more concentrated. When dispensing onto your palm, it doesn't drip from the opening but stretches a bit, reminiscent of the essence in sheet masks. 3. Application: The best part is it doesn't run. It feels incredibly gentle with zero irritation. It doesn't absorb instantly, which I think is due to the absence of evaporating ethanol. 4. Effects: While I hoped the tea ingredients might help control sebum, I'm not sure about that. However, the smooth yet slightly squeaky clean feel made me realize, 'Ah, this is working on dead skin cells.' You develop a sense for these things after trying various products!
ConsThe critical flaw... the scent is really off-putting. Just as even the healthiest food is useless if you don't eat it, a beauty product is pointless if you don't reach for it. The fragrance is so intense that I worry it might deter regular use. I think it's crucial to improve this aspect. As soon as I brought it close to my face, I detected a familiar artificial scent. Mixed with the unique Kombucha aroma, it created a pungent, earthy smell that was quite overwhelming. Why include fragrance at all? It's not a skin-benefiting ingredient. I've always wondered about cosmetics that insist on adding fragrance. Even pleasant scents can be off-putting if too strong. As a user, it makes me question how gentle the product really is. Given the brand's 'vegan cosmetics' image, I think it would have been better to develop it fragrance-free. Or if scent was necessary, perhaps just a very subtle tea aroma as a base to symbolize the Kombucha would have sufficed. It's particularly disappointing because the product itself isn't bad - it felt quite nice when applied. It's always a shame when a good product is let down by its fragrance, and that's the case here too.
TipIt might be a bit thick to use as an exfoliating toner. For best results, I'd recommend soaking a thin cotton pad with it, placing it on your face like a sheet mask, then gently wiping as you remove it.

Design - From the product box to the overall design, it's all clean and really captures the essence of vegan cosmetics! It's a design I love - just having this on your vanity is enough to give off a luxurious vibe. 2. Texture - As you can see in the photo, it's close to a water toner but not so runny that it just flows everywhere! Since it's not quite a water toner, it might be a bit wasteful to use as a skin pack. As described, it has the perfect consistency for an exfoliating toner. 3. Application - True to its nature as a toner, it quickly absorbs into the skin with a hydrating feel. There's hardly any stickiness, though a slight tackiness remains! But unless you're extremely sensitive to this, it's a negligible level of stickiness that completely disappears over time! 4. Hydration - I have combination dehydrated skin, so usually after using an exfoliating toner my skin dries out quickly. But with this one, I could feel it sinking into my skin right from the start! So even as time passed, my skin didn't dry out and kept feeling soft and supple, which I loved! It's a great product for light use in the morning.
ConsThe charm of vegan cosmetics is their simplicity, so I'm not sure why they added an aroma... I have super sensitive skin, so I tend to be sensitive to these things, and I was a bit apprehensive before applying it... However, the scent itself isn't unpleasant - it has a fresh, natural fragrance which is nice, but still, for the sake of sensitive skin, I wish they had left it out. Other than that, I have no complaints!
TipAs described in the product description, this is a very suitable toner for exfoliating. It's a light toner that's perfect for gentle use in the morning - you could even use just this alone. It absorbs well into the skin, quickly providing hydration!
