Wow, it really feels like my face is on fire! It's like being pricked repeatedly with needles. Sometimes the pain is as intense as applying a retinol product. But even though I might jump a bit each time I apply it, I keep using it consistently because it's incredibly effective at eliminating blemishes... I often get annoying blemishes when I'm run down, usually around my chin or mouth area where it's difficult to apply patches. After giving up on patches, I decided to try this product and now I regret not buying it sooner! When applied frequently with a cotton swab, it works wonders. In just one day, an angry red, swollen blemish will reduce in size, leaving only the core behind. I can then either gently extract it or use a patch to remove it completely, without leaving any scars. It's amazing! To be honest, it's not very effective on anything other than inflammatory or cystic blemishes. However, other types of blemishes have their own treatment methods (like regular exfoliation and sebum control), so I'm sticking with this oil and plan to repurchase it every time I run out! While using a cotton swab is more hygienic, I often apply it with my fingers because I have multiple areas to treat. It's a bit messy, but much quicker and more convenient. - k0**********Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedJun 16, 2025
I've been using it for about 5 days, and it really helps calm my blemishes. It's great for my combination dehydrated skin! Those with super sensitive skin should use it cautiously. Also, the scent is a bit strong and unpleasant. Try mixing a drop of this with your moisturizer for best results. - ye**********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 16, 2025
This is seriously effective at calming all types of blemishes, including pustular ones. I use it daily because it can soothe all acne in just 2-3 days. It does make my skin very dry, causing dead skin cells to appear in the areas where I apply it. - 99*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedJun 15, 2025
- d2********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 15, 2025
This oil is truly a money-saving gem if you use it wisely! It's a versatile wonder - dab it on those pesky folliculitis spots, apply it preemptively when you feel blemishes coming on, target areas with deep-seated sebum, and even use it on your scalp. It's an incredibly cost-effective product! However, remember to use it sparingly - just a dab or two. Any more than that and you're bound to experience some irritation. Since it's highly concentrated, first-time users or those who apply too much might find it a bit intense. But as your skin gets accustomed to it and you perfect your application technique, it can help ward off skin emergencies before they even start. While its small size makes it conveniently portable, you probably won't need to carry it around with you everywhere. It's tiny! It's expensive! I wish they'd sell or recommend a soothing product to use after applying the oil, but there doesn't seem to be many options. - ch*******Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedJun 15, 2025
After using it consistently for a few days, my blemishes have significantly calmed down. While the fragrance is quite strong, I personally don't find it unpleasant, so I'm enjoying using it regularly. If you fail to control the amount properly, your skin might feel a bit irritated. However, this isn't a major issue as you'll learn to adjust the right amount with continued use. - gy*******Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 13, 2025
It's effective at clearing up blemishes. Always keep this on hand if you have acne-prone skin. Just dab a small amount with a cotton swab. Use sparingly to avoid irritation. It's hard to tell if you're applying it correctly, which could lead to overuse. - yj******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessJun 12, 2025
You can snag this at a great price during sales! They seem to have promotions quite often. If you have sensitive skin like me, definitely do a patch test first. I bought this because a beauty YouTuber recommended it, but it gave me a terrible burning sensation that lasted for months. Even though I only used a tiny amount applied with a cotton swab, it still caused issues. So please, always do a patch test before using! - ss*********Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesRednessDead Skin CellsJun 11, 2025
I bought this in a pinch because it was said to be great for soothing, and I do feel like my blemishes seem to fade a bit when I apply it. To be honest, I'm not sure if its soothing effects are that exceptional. The scent is really off-putting, and the packaging is inconvenient. Even though it's meant for spot treatment, I rarely find myself reaching for it. - yu********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 8, 2025
Suddenly, I got a nasty pus-filled blemish... ugh! In a panic, I started looking for something for quick relief and ended up buying this tea tree oil! Wow, 100% pure tea tree oil... you know that feeling of being both scared and excited? Haha! First off, the effectiveness was absolutely stellar! However, there were some pretty intense drawbacks too... I'll get to those later. Let me tell you about how well it worked and how I used it. This little gem is specially formulated for those pesky pus-filled spots. Since it's concentrated tea tree oil that kills acne-causing bacteria, it's bound to be effective! It's such a potent ingredient, after all! I soaked a cotton swab and dabbed it all over my blemish. But whatever you do, DO NOT do this! Sure, the next day my spot had shriveled up, but I was left with awful dead skin cells, redness, and a compromised skin barrier. So you absolutely must apply just a tiny dot! At first, you might not feel any irritation and think, "Hey, I can probably use more of this!" But trust me, it's actually causing intense irritation! Please, for the love of your skin, use only a small amount. Bottom line: Highly recommended for acne-prone skin! I'll definitely be repurchasing this. There's not much to complain about. The scent is super strong, but hey, you can tolerate it since it's tea tree after all! Remember to patch test before using any new skincare product, especially one as potent as pure tea tree oil. If you experience any burning sensation or allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a dermatologist. For sensitive skin, consider diluting the tea tree oil with a carrier oil before application.
