It's gentle and nice. It's so mild that I wash my face twice to make sure all my makeup is removed, but I still really like it. The formula is quite runny, so you end up using it up quickly! I find it works best when I wash my hands thoroughly, lather it up in my palms, and then cleanse my dry face with the foam. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 5, 2025
This is a must-have product. It's gentle yet effective at cleansing, with great ingredients. It's the most satisfying cleanser I've used. I wish they'd offer a larger size! This product deserves more recognition. I recently switched to this cleanser and I'm truly satisfied with it. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinDec 12, 2024
This cleanser is truly gentle - absolutely no irritation! After using it, my skin feels incredibly soft and smooth. It's not the type that leaves your skin feeling squeaky clean though. Despite its ampoule-like consistency and the lack of a pump or foam dispenser, which I thought might be inconvenient, it actually lathers up beautifully with just a small amount, even for my tiny hands. I use it for morning cleansing or when I've only worn sunscreen or no makeup at all. It leaves my skin feeling comfortable, and I highly recommend it for those with sensitive skin. For days when I wear makeup, I use this as a second cleanse after removing my makeup. There's no added fragrance - it just smells like the natural ingredients. It's not exactly pleasant, but you get used to it and eventually don't even notice it. There's not really anything to complain about. Maybe it could go on sale more often? I actually bought an extra one during a sale to stock up! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMar 31, 2024
Oh no, it's been discontinued? I should have left a review earlier... This was a gentle, hydrating, low pH foam cleanser that didn't cause any blemishes. It was my first time trying a water-based foam cleanser, and I was quite satisfied. The ingredients were really gentle and good - such a shame it's gone! Being low pH, it's not suitable for evening cleansing - only for morning cleansing or days when you've only applied basic skincare. The cleansing effectiveness isn't great. I tried using it to remove makeup and as a second cleanse in the evening, skipping cleansing oil or water. It left a slippery feeling, as if the cleansing was incomplete. I thought it was just because of the low pH, but I woke up with inflamed blemishes. Definitely don't use this to remove makeup. While the packaging seems to have been renewed, the plastic wrap is oddly applied. Water can seep between the plastic layers during use, pooling there. When you eventually remove the plastic, you might encounter a terrible smell... I recommend removing the plastic wrap right before first use. This is typical of all low pH cleansers, but if you want to use it in the evening, skip the cleansing oil and cream. Instead, use cleansing water or wipes for your first cleanse, then use this as your second cleanse. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinAug 29, 2023
A gentle foam cleanser suitable for the whole family. Compared to other foam cleansers, it definitely left my skin feeling less dry after washing. I didn't care for the scent, and the container was a bit inconvenient, making it difficult to control the amount of product used. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 14, 2023
It's incredibly gentle, to the point where you could say there's absolutely no irritation However, it lacks ingredients for exfoliation, so it might not be ideal for those with oily skin Likely good for dry and super sensitive skin. Not so great for oily skin types - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinMay 17, 2023
It seems to effectively cleanse oils due to its mildly alkaline nature. There's no irritation either. There's nothing particularly bad about it. I just buy it when it's on sale and it lasts a long time. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinApr 11, 2023
Bought this on Director Pi's recommendation and it's a winner! It's a yellow-tinted transparent cleanser with a slightly gel-like consistency. You can either lather it up with wet hands or massage it onto dry skin like a cleansing oil, then add water to emulsify and rinse off. It's incredibly gentle. You can cleanse without any irritation. Especially great for morning cleansing, and it foams up nicely too~ Much better than the photos show.. The scent is just from the natural ingredients, no added fragrances. It's not bothersome at all~ The amount is a bit small. Even when using it with foam, it seems to disappear quickly?! I want to enjoy good products for longer.. but seeing it diminish so fast..^^ It works best if you create plenty of foam and massage it in circular motions^^ - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinApr 8, 2023
Gentle, hydrating, and non-drying. Excellent for dry skin types, with a finish that suits most skin types. Creates a rich lather even with a small amount. Cleansing effectiveness is quite good. The packaging desperately needs improvement to match the formula quality. The container seems thoughtlessly chosen, completely disregarding the Dior brand value and product efficacy. Whose idea was this? - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinMar 13, 2023
Wow, this is actually pretty good! I'm surprised the star rating isn't higher. I usually only use sun cushions, so I've been looking for a cleanser that's great at removing sunscreen. I use the Dalba sun cushion, and regular cleansing foams didn't remove it well, but this one does the job! Maybe because it's specifically designed to remove sunscreen? It emulsifies much easier than cleansing oils too. I love that it doesn't irritate my skin and causes fewer bumps and blemishes. Highly recommend for sensitive skin! It's been tough finding a hydrating cleanser, but this one is amazing. My skin felt less dry even after showering and getting dressed - it's incredible! (Many cleansers claim to be hydrating, but this one actually delivered for me.) For morning cleansing, it works great if you lather it up right away. Unlike cleansing oils where you need to add water to get a milky color before rinsing, this product has a water-like texture. Just massage it in, add some water, and it transforms into a foam - so easy! The texture is almost like an essence, with a slight viscosity to it. The scent! It has a faint detergent-like smell. I have severe allergies and am sensitive to smells, but this wasn't too bad. It's not overpowering at all. I'm planning to repurchase!
