I have combination skin that occasionally gets inflammatory acne, and I frequently experience seborrheic dermatitis and folliculitis. Since this product has zero ingredients that trigger Malassezia folliculitis, I used it effectively when my folliculitis was spreading. I love how it leaves my skin feeling moisturized, and I'm pleased that it doesn't cause any blemishes. I think it would have been better if the container had a pump dispenser. I'm not sure if its cleansing effectiveness is particularly outstanding, so I did a double cleanse - first with The Face Shop cleanser, then followed up with a separate cleansing step.

This is a review after finishing the entire bottle. I decided to try it since it was created by Director Pi. It has a watery texture that tends to drip, so it's more convenient to use with a foaming dispenser. Even a small amount produces good lather, and the cleansing effectiveness seems decent. Right after washing, my skin feels hydrated, but there's some tightness as it dries. If you apply a mist or your skincare routine right after cleansing, it shouldn't be a big issue. The disappointing aspect is that I wish it came with a foaming dispenser from the start. When using the original container, the product can splash or drip easily. A foaming dispenser is absolutely necessary. It's gentle and nice. It's so mild that I wash my face twice to make sure all my makeup is removed, but I still really like it. The formula is quite runny, so you end up using it up quickly! Every winter, my skin tends to get super dry after cleansing, so I was on the hunt for a hydrating cleanser when I stumbled upon this gem. I decided to give it a try, and I'm glad I did! The texture is almost water-like, with no stickiness at all. Because of this, I found that using just my hands didn't produce enough lather. A bubble maker is definitely helpful, especially if you're removing sunscreen. However, for those with oily skin doing their morning cleanse, using your hands might be sufficient. As for its cleansing effectiveness, I can't really speak to how well it removes makeup since I haven't used it for that purpose. But it seemed to do a great job of removing any leftover tint after using a makeup remover. The best thing about this product is how gentle and hydrating it is while still cleansing effectively. I'd highly recommend it for those with dry skin. For those with very oily skin, it could be a great option as a morning cleanser. The pump is a bit strong, and since the formula is quite liquid, it can splash a bit. But once you get used to it, it's not a problem. This is a must-have product. It's gentle yet effective at cleansing, with great ingredients. It's the most satisfying cleanser I've used. I wish they'd offer a larger size! This product deserves more recognition. I recently switched to this cleanser and I'm truly satisfied with it.

I use it for morning cleansing or when I've only worn sunscreen or no makeup at all. It leaves my skin feeling comfortable, and I highly recommend it for those with sensitive skin. For days when I wear makeup, I use this as a second cleanse after removing my makeup. There's no added fragrance - it just smells like the natural ingredients. It's not exactly pleasant, but you get used to it and eventually don't even notice it. There's not really anything to complain about. Maybe it could go on sale more often? Oh no, it's been discontinued? I should have left a review earlier... This was a gentle, hydrating, low pH foam cleanser that didn't cause any blemishes. It was my first time trying a water-based foam cleanser, and I was quite satisfied. The ingredients were really gentle and good - such a shame it's gone! Being low pH, it's not suitable for evening cleansing - only for morning cleansing or days when you've only applied basic skincare. The cleansing effectiveness isn't great. I tried using it to remove makeup and as a second cleanse in the evening, skipping cleansing oil or water. It left a slippery feeling, as if the cleansing was incomplete. I thought it was just because of the low pH, but I woke up with inflamed blemishes. Definitely don't use this to remove makeup. While the packaging seems to have been renewed, the plastic wrap is oddly applied. Water can seep between the plastic layers during use, pooling there. When you eventually remove the plastic, you might encounter a terrible smell... I recommend removing the plastic wrap right before first use. This is typical of all low pH cleansers, but if you want to use it in the evening, skip the cleansing oil and cream. I use it with a foam maker and one pump is enough for washing my face. I love that it doesn't leave my skin feeling tight. It didn't seem to remove sunscreen completely, but I'm not sure if that's because I used it with a foam maker. So I follow up with oil cleansing and then a second cleanse. I'm writing this review hoping it won't be discontinued. I use it in a foam dispenser from Daiso, and it's truly amazing. It completely removes Easywash sunscreen without leaving my skin feeling tight or dry. It's perfect as a second cleanser after oil cleansing or for morning cleansing. It can drip if you use the original container. Highly recommend a foam dispenser. Also, it rarely goes on sale. It's not extremely expensive, and I haven't found anything better, so I'm using it at full price. If it ever goes on sale, I'll stock up big time. Using it in a foam dispenser makes it really fantastic.
