Pros
It's mild and good. Since it's a seasonal change, my lips were in chaos, bleeding and hurting, so I bought it in a rush. It doesn't have deep moisture, but it's good for light application. It absorbs quickly.
Cons
Lacks moisture.. Seems like it has little oil, so the lasting power is not that great.
Tip
Applying it together with a lip balm that has more oil can improve the lasting power and help wounds heal faster.

When I use other lip balms, I get skin troubles on my lips, but when I use the Bipartisan Lip Cream, I don't get any troubles and it's great.

I've been dealing with chronic chapped lips all year round, so I've tried all kinds of lip balms. But they only provide temporary relief - as soon as some time passes, the peeling comes back. I had to keep reapplying lip balm constantly to prevent my lips from drying out. Then I started using this product, and when I applied it generously to my lips, the peeling completely disappeared.
