Pros
Even if your lips are extremely dry, just applying it will make them instantly moisturized. It's amazing! This is a cream that I've been carrying around and applying religiously every winter when my lips get incredibly dry.
Cons
I'm not sure how it would work for those with extremely dry lips, but in my case, if I apply too much, it doesn't absorb well and the white color of the lip cream just stays there, which is really funny. Haha.

This is my holy grail lip product! I'm on my second one now, and it's become an essential for me. I developed cheilitis due to stress, so I took medication and tried the doctor-prescribed ointment, but I couldn't use the steroid-based one for too long. Then I saw the reviews and bought it from the pharmacy, and my cheilitis is completely gone now! It's amazing... The ointment may not be a cure-all for cheilitis, but if you have sensitive lips like me, I really recommend giving it a try and finding your own solution! The only downside is that I seem to go through it quite quickly - about one a month.

I bought Bicontrol based on the good reviews, as my lips were in really bad shape. I diligently applied it and stocked up on it, even though there were no discounts.😂 From around the end of summer, my lips were continuously inflamed and oozing for over 4 months. Using Acyclovir ointment and lip balms only made the oozing worse, but after switching to Bicontrol, the oozing healed quickly and didn't recur!! For mild redness and swelling, I just use Bicontrol, and on severe days, I apply Acyclovir inside and Bicontrol on the lips. I've tried switching to other popular lip masks a few times, but my lips would start oozing again within a day, so I keep coming back to Bicontrol... I guess I'm stuck with it now...😭 🤍 Fragrance-free, lightweight lip balm formula 🤍 Good moisturizing power - Other lip masks wouldn't keep my lips moisturized overnight, so I'd wake up with flaky, cracked lips, but this cream keeps my lips feeling soft and supple even in the morning 🤍 Hygienic tube packaging 🤍 Not heavy or sticky, easy to apply and doesn't feel suffocating ✨ Truly the best for cold sores ✨

This lip product is gentle on the lips and suitable for cheilitis and contact dermatitis. In fact, I purchased this product because my lips were cracked and extremely painful, as if I had cheilitis. This is the most notable feature and key characteristic of this product. (My self-diagnosis was cheilitis, but the dermatologist said it was contact dermatitis!) The area around my mouth keeps cracking and feels hot, and even the highly moisturizing Vaseline Jelly that I usually rely on wasn't effective. Since I couldn't immediately see a dermatologist, I bought this lip balm, which is said to be good for cheilitis. My skin was extremely dry, painful, and itchy, but when I applied it, the itching sensation did subside a bit. It doesn't absorb very well and leaves a coating on the lips. Although it didn't treat the condition since it's not a medication, it did have a slight soothing effect when my skin was extremely itchy and stinging.
