I've had chronically dry lips and the habit of peeling off lip flakes, so my lips were always cracked, especially in the fall and winter. But after meeting this product, it all went away. I've tried all kinds of lip balms, but this is the only one that has shown such immediate effects. It has a unique cream-like texture, and when I apply it and go to sleep, my lips are incredibly moisturized the next day.
Cons
Since it's a cream-based formula, you can't really apply anything on top of it. Even when you do apply it, the color kind of just floats on the surface. I think it's best suited for nighttime use or when you don't need to wear any lip color.

First, let me tell you about the condition of my lips... I've been suffering from cheilitis for over 10 years. Most lip colors don't match my skin tone, so I can't use them right now (oozing, itchy, and burning). I can't even use lip balm. Rubbing it on is irritating, and the ingredients don't seem to agree with me either, as my lips swell and ooze. The Bepanthol lip cream is the only one I can use. But even then, I can't apply it to the lip line (oozing, ugh). I just apply it to the inner part, avoiding the lip line. If I forget to apply it even once after cleansing, my lip line swells, itches, and develops a lot of flaky skin. If it gets worse, there's nothing else I can do except use a steroid ointment. This is the only lip cream I can use on my poor lips...
Cons
For those with normal lip conditions, I'd just recommend a night care routine. If you apply too much or get water on your lips, they'll turn white and flaky (haha). And after applying, your lips might feel even paler - it looks quite painful...
Tip
After cleansing, brushing teeth, or eating, the Bepanthol I applied disappears, so I have to reapply right away. That's why I keep one at home, at work, and in my bag - 3 in total. In fact, I've ended up with 4 because I keep forgetting to bring them and have to buy more. If you use it often and always need it, having multiple like me is a good idea. I discovered this product because of my chapped lips. I don't know much about other things, but if you apply it at night and go to sleep, you can wake up to soft, supple lips the next day! It's the best!
Cons
It's too heavy and leaves a white cast during the day. I definitely recommend using it as a night care product.

My lips are quite dry, and I have a habit of picking at the lip flakes. As a result, there are always scabs on my lips. I heard that Biafine is good for lip injuries, so I've been using it for 2 months now.
