Even with most lip balms, my lips would get inflamed and chapped, and I couldn't even apply the lip balm properly. But after using this, I found the light. It doesn't irritate my lips or cause any discomfort, even when I apply it frequently. It keeps my lips well-moisturized and effectively removes flaky skin.
