However, when actually using it and afterwards, the scent is subtle and just pleasantly refreshing. It's so healing! ● I absolutely adore this soap I don't sweat much and have very dry skin, so I don't particularly need deep cleansing. I usually use body washes with moisturizing properties, but an ampoule soap? If I had known something like this existed, I would have started using it ages ago. While it's quite pricey for a soap, I'm willing to repurchase. It seems great for use in all seasons except summer, especially in winter. ● Even the lather is rich and creamy, and there was no dryness at all after washing. The nourishing and hydrating effects are fantastic.
Cons● The advertisement claims they use ampoule instead of purified water, but the ingredients list shows that purified water is actually used in larger quantities. ● The gua sha function falls short of expectations due to the slipperiness issue. Currently, it feels pleasantly cooling due to its weight when pressed lightly, but it's so slippery that you have to grip it very tightly. It's tricky to massage with, and I have to be careful. I wonder if it might be easier to massage with hands once it wears down a bit, or if the shape will disappear making it unusable for massage... I'll update this after using it more and seeing how it wears down.
Tip● Using it with a shower puff creates such a rich, creamy lather... It's amazing. ● I hope Ample:N becomes more popular so they can release a wider range of products. If they could release the same soap without the gua sha function, in a round shape, and at a slightly lower price, I would exclusively use this soap. Even at the current price, it's definitely worth buying.

ConsThose with extremely dry skin might need to stick to their usual oil and moisture balance products The grip area was a bit uncomfortable, making it slippery for massage purposes
TipPersonally, I put it in a soap net to dry and use! It was much less slippery in hand and I could massage with just the right pressure!

The firmness was just right, allowing for a refreshing massage on my shoulders and neck. It lathered up nicely with a rich, creamy foam, so there was no need for a separate foam net. I could easily work up a good lather while massaging. The moisturizing effect was great too - my skin felt hydrated even before applying body lotion. And personally, I found the scent to be really soothing and pleasant!
ConsWhile I didn't have any major complaints, it's worth noting that since it's a soap bar, the massaging effect will naturally decrease as you use it more, which is a bit disappointing. Also, it can be slightly challenging to store it properly away from moisture.
TipI found that holding the soap so that the thicker part touches your shoulders allows for a great massage on the shoulder and neck area without slipping. It's really refreshing! For areas that need more intense stimulation, I used the pointed end of the soap. It works wonders!

I was really excited about this unique body wash with gua sha functionality! ❤Scent: The fragrance is pleasantly subtle and unlikely to be polarizing. While it seemed a bit strong during use, I was delighted to find that even after applying body emulsion, a lovely hint of the scent lingered on my skin. ❤Hydration: True to its coconut and olive oil ingredients, it provides excellent moisture. It feels noticeably more hydrating than typical moisturizing body washes. I found myself rinsing repeatedly, unsure if I'd washed it all off due to how silky it felt! My skin felt incredibly soft right after use, and when followed with the body emulsion, the hydration lasted much longer than with previous products I've used. ❤User Experience: While I've tried gua sha on my scalp, face, neck, and trapezius muscles, this was my first time using it on my body. Despite being a soap, it provided an effective massage! I was initially concerned that being a water-soluble soap with gua sha functionality, it might slip from my hands or not apply enough pressure for a proper massage. However, the ergonomic design provided an excellent grip. Even with my smaller-than-average hands, it didn't slip after the initial adjustment period, and it seemed to mold to my hand better with each use. It's clear a lot of thought went into the shape design! The soap is appropriately firm for its gua sha function, not too soft. By holding it firmly against the skin, I could apply sufficient pressure for a satisfying massage without much effort. (Being new to body gua sha, I found the massage quite intense... but in a good way!) 💙Recommendation: I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a hydrating body wash, those who find separate gua sha sessions inconvenient, or anyone wanting an easy full-body massage experience!
ConsWhile they do sell a magnetic soap holder separately, it would be great if they could offer a more affordable sponge soap dish option or include one as a gift with purchase! It would make a lovely gift set.
TipFor a truly invigorating experience, try massaging from your forearms towards your armpits and chest area, and from the back of your neck down to your trapezius muscles!

The soap's shape, reminiscent of a gua sha tool, was perfect for massaging my neck, shoulders, and calf muscles while showering. When lathered, it has this incredibly rich texture that leaves your skin feeling hydrated, not dry, after rinsing. The scent is a refreshingly cool, gender-neutral fragrance that makes every shower feel like a stress-relieving experience.
ConsI've been trying to find something to critique after using it daily for a week, but I honestly can't find any faults yet.
TipIt works wonderfully with my exfoliating mitt! The rich lather is a perfect match. After rinsing, I reapply the foam generously to areas I want to massage, using the soap like a gua sha tool to finish my routine.

I've been using it daily except for weekends, and I've had no allergic reactions. My skin type is acne-prone but not particularly sensitive. I'm mainly concerned about blemishes on my back. To sum it up, this soap has a clear purpose. It's all about nourishment, hydration, and removing impurities. It's probably not for those looking for a gentle, fragrant soap! 1. Cleansing: ★★★★ It washes off with a squeaky-clean feeling. I found it very effective at removing impurities. I'll definitely use it again for this reason. 2. Blemishes: ★★★★ This is one of the reasons I think it's effective at removing impurities. I've been really worried about the blemishes on my back, but they've calmed down a bit. I think this is also related to its moisturizing and nourishing effects. 3. Texture: ★★★☆ It feels like a soap version of those runny ampoules. It has a sticky, slippery texture, which I didn't mind, and it washed off easily. 4. Hydration and Nourishment: ★★★★ This seems to be its main purpose. I usually find it bothersome to apply emulsion, but after showering and drying off, my skin felt less dry before applying emulsion. It definitely seems to nourish and strengthen the skin. 5. Gentleness: ★★★ It's certainly not the gentlest product out there. I'm not a sensitive type, so I just used it, but when I first applied it to the troubled areas on my back, it stung a little. I thought about rinsing it off but decided to leave it, and surprisingly, the blemishes had improved the next day. In other words, while it's not gentle or non-irritating, it excels at removing impurities and nourishing the skin. I wouldn't recommend it to those with sensitive, blemish-prone skin.
Cons1. As mentioned above, it's not gentle. It's not irritating enough to be bad for my daily use, and it provides the nourishment and hydration I wanted, so I was quite satisfied. If it matches your needs, it could be a really good soap. 2. The scent is just okay. At first, it smelled like flour dough mixed with the box scent. But looking at the ingredients list, most of it is fragrance...? I don't understand why they added potentially allergenic fragrances when the scent is this unremarkable. Were they trying to mask another scent? 3. It's not suitable for massage. It's slippery, and being soap, no matter how firm it is, it inevitably gets under your nails. While some people might find ways to use it, those who are unfamiliar with it or don't have a specific need for it might find it inconvenient. Additionally, if you put it on that steel soap dish, it sticks and gets misshapen like regular soap, so I recommend using it in a mesh bag.
TipIt works really well with a shower puff or loofah. It's great at removing impurities, and its slippery texture makes it much more stable to use. If you use it this way and aren't specifically looking for a gua sha soap or a gentle soap, it's worth trying again.

It contains 15,000mg of ampoule, making even the lather feel rich and hydrating! > Unlike regular soap or body wash, I could feel the moisturizing effect. While I usually avoid using soap because it leaves my hands and body feeling extremely dry, wow... After using the Ampoule Brown product, I didn't feel any dryness at all. The hydration lasted long, which was great. I could understand why they promote it as being full of ampoules :-) 2. You can enjoy a shower cologne-like woody scent without any aversion! > While the moisturizing effect is incomparable to other products, the fragrance is truly in a league of its own. I tried it and recommended it to my boyfriend, and we were both extremely satisfied. I didn't use perfume once while using this! Although it's not a perfume product so the scent doesn't last long, I wanted to keep that subtle fragrance. I'm quite sensitive to scents, but I could use this without any issues. When the woody scent filled the bathroom after showering, it really made the start and end of my day feel cozy and pleasant. 3. It thoroughly removes body impurities while maintaining hydration! > While the rich lather and pleasant scent are important, the fundamental aspect of a body wash is how well it cleanses and rinses off. It would be meaningless if you spent a lot of money after reading many reviews, only to find that it doesn't cleanse well or leaves a slippery feeling. However, this product, despite being full of ampoules, doesn't leave you feeling like you haven't washed properly. It rinses off cleanly. I compared the results using a pad before use, after use, and after a week of use. Although it's a bit gross, I could clearly see the difference. At first, I thought I hadn't washed properly when I saw the pad, that's how noticeable the reduction in impurities was. I don't have back acne, so I couldn't see if it reduced that, but given how much it decreased impurities, I think it would significantly reduce back acne and other blemishes as well!
ConsThe Hwahae Testers found these aspects of the Ampoule Stone disappointing: There weren't any major disappointments with this product, in my opinion. The only inconvenience was... It seems they designed it to be easy to hold, but I actually found that more uncomfortable. When it lathers up, it becomes slippery, and I couldn't hold it properly. Other than that, I'm completely satisfied. Unlike other products that are hard to find, this one is available on KakaoTalk gift shop, making it a great option for gifting to others!

It truly lives up to its name as an 'ampoule stone'. With its high ampoule content, your skin doesn't feel dry even if you don't apply an emulsion right after showering - it's so gentle. While I dislike finishes that are too slippery, this one leaves a moisturizing feel without any slickness. Texture: The ability to do gua sha massage while showering was what made me want to try this soap. I was initially skeptical about whether it would hold up for gua sha if it softened too quickly. The product instructions suggest soaking the soap in lukewarm water before use, but fearing it might dissolve too fast, I wet my body first and used the dry soap for gua sha massage on my neck, shoulders, arms, and legs before immediately returning it to the tray. Surprisingly, it didn't soften much (see photo). The moisture on your body is sufficient for a good massage. When you then use a wet shower puff, it creates a rich, dense lather! I've been using it this way from the start - the soap lasts longer, doesn't soften quickly, and provides a great massage. It's fantastic! Scent: The sandalwood fragrance is gender-neutral. As someone who dislikes artificial scents, I loved that it didn't give me a headache and filled the shower with a forest-like aroma. Combining this with gua sha feels like it washes away the day's fatigue completely.
ConsThere's nothing I dislike about it. It would be great if they released versions with different ampoules or colors.
TipIf you use it as I described above, the soap really doesn't soften quickly and lasts a long time! It would be wonderful to give each other massages with your partner, though I haven't tried that yet... It's also highly recommended as a gift for your boyfriend - it'll be a thoughtful 'stone' present that shows real consideration.

As a fan of woody scents, I couldn't resist sniffing it when I first got it. The aroma was really strong then, but it seemed to soften during showers. However, after rinsing off, a subtle sandalwood scent lingered on my skin, which was delightful and surprising! (I did massage it in quite firmly, so that might have enhanced the scent!) Texture: While using, it felt very soft and moisturizing, but after rinsing, it left my skin feeling squeaky clean like regular soap! If you prefer a moisturizing finish, you might want to consider this. It feels very hydrating during use. Gua Sha functionality: Initially, I was skeptical about using soap for Gua Sha, thinking it would crumble when wet. But it's surprisingly solid! I could firmly press it against my shoulder and neck muscles without it falling apart. However, if you're used to traditional Gua Sha tools, you might find this less intense (I couldn't apply as much pressure as with regular tools).
ConsDrawbacks: Storage was a bit tricky. Without a separate soap dish, it's hard to find a good spot for it. I ended up keeping it in a soap net. The fact that it's slippery all over makes it challenging to use on legs - it kept escaping from my hands! It might be better if it had a small hole with a loop for easier handling.
TipUsing it on your back is quite challenging unless you're extremely flexible! You might need to lather it separately or use it after your regular body wash. Make sure to rinse thoroughly to avoid any residue. If you're looking for something to gently work out shoulder or arm muscles during a quick shower, this could be a good option!

This product was truly impressive in that aspect. Often, bar soaps fall short in moisturizing, but Ample Stone lives up to its name perfectly. With just a light touch, it creates an incredible lather. The scent is absolutely luxurious. You can enjoy a shower with rich foam and a sophisticated fragrance, while the unique 3D shape helps massage away tension. Even after rinsing and drying off, the subtle scent lingers pleasantly on the skin. I intentionally skipped body lotion while using Ample Stone to test its hydration. Surprisingly, even without additional moisturizer, my skin didn't feel dry. I'm thrilled to have discovered such an excellent product!
ConsIf I had to point out one drawback, it's that the soap can feel a bit slippery when trying to use it for massage. It seems to wear down quickly during use, which is a shame since I want to make it last. The lather is so rich that you only need to rub it a little, but if you try to massage with it, it might disappear too fast.
TipWhile it's not exactly a pro tip, it's worth noting that just a tiny bit of rubbing produces plenty of rich lather. There's no need to scrub vigorously like you might with ordinary soap!
