After cleansing, as the first step, apply with a cotton pad or with hands. Personally, I gently patted it into my skin with my palms, as I sometimes feel irritation from cotton pads.

Despite its colorless and odorless formulation, which might suggest it only provides momentary hydration, you'll find it surpasses expectations when applied. It's moisturizing without being sticky, and the hydration lasts long without feeling heavy.

*Overall review
I've used about 70% of the product and plan to repurchase. Both the ingredients and price are truly reasonable. Checking the full ingredient list, you'll find Bifida Ferment Lysate, Damask Rose Flower Water, Butylene Glycol, and Niacinamide at the top. It's effective for hydration and brightening. Consistent use seems beneficial.
