The formula is a completely runny water toner and it's a sebum control toner, so you have to shake it before using. After receiving the product, I used it morning and night, and it feels like water when it touches the skin, but then it absorbs with a slightly bouncy, smooth feeling, and the absorption is quick so it finishes well. I tried using it with the toner pads and creams I had been using before, and it was good to use without any burden. I have sensitive and oily skin, so I can't use products that are sticky or irritating, but this had no irritation at all and I could use it gently and moderately. When the skin prep is too much, it's burdensome to use the next step, but this product was moderate and not excessive, and the quick absorption was the best part.
