I typically have surface dryness and deep dryness, but wow. Though I don't have a photo to show, after using my makeup cleansing oil, I tried this foam cleanser sample. It left my skin feeling incredibly clean and refreshed. The scent isn't overpowering either, so it should be suitable even for those with super sensitive skin.
ConsI suppose the high quality comes with a high price tag? I'm a bit hesitant about purchasing the full-size product.

It's refreshing without any stickiness, and I loved how it provides a generous dose of moisture. Thanks to its great ingredients, it's gentle and causes no irritation at all. It's incredibly effective at smoothing out rough skin texture.
ConsApart from the high price tag, I couldn't find a single flaw with this product.

So I tend to use lightweight formulas. At first glance, I thought this one looked similar to other watery toners, but when it touched my skin, it felt like a hybrid between a watery toner and an essence. I loved that even with just the toner, I didn't quickly feel any deep dryness or dehydration! As for the packaging, the button-style cap is not only easy to use, but it also minimizes air exposure, which helps keep the product clean. I also appreciated that it's a vegan product, showing they've put a lot of thought into environmental concerns.
ConsThe main drawback is the distinct rice scent that's noticeable every time you use it. Those who are sensitive to fragrances might not be too fond of this. As someone who usually uses almost fragrance-free products, I found the scent more irritating than any actual irritation from the product itself. Other than that, I didn't have any particular complaints.

After showering, I apply toner to my face first, then lightly dry my hair before applying emulsion. With my previous toner, my skin felt tight while drying my hair, but with Mida's Rice Sebum Toner, there's no tightness at all! I was like, 'Oh wow, this is the real deal!' and I've been using it happily ever since.
ConsI haven't experienced any blemishes or issues, so there's nothing particularly bad to report so far.
TipI tend to use it as an exfoliating toner. When I soak a cotton pad generously and place it on my face before applying makeup, my skin absorbs the products really well!

As someone with oily but dehydrated skin, I've been searching for a product with good hydration, and this one fits the bill. Unlike most toners that only provide moisture, this one goes a step further. It not only hydrates but also enhances the effectiveness of the creams and sunscreens applied afterwards.
ConsThe only downside is the small quantity, which limits generous application.
TipFor best results, use a cotton pad to smooth out your skin texture, then apply a second layer. It works hard to give you that Inner Glow!

The packaging is absolutely adorable! It's so cute, I can't help but reach for it. 2. Skin-friendly ingredients At the end of the day, what really matters is the formula, right? I have super sensitive skin that usually reacts immediately, but this didn't cause any issues. It's a safe bet. 3. Hydration It didn't leave my skin feeling dry. Usually, when I only use a toner, my skin starts to feel parched after a while, but I didn't experience that with this one. It's not like it's 'super hydrating,' but more like 'it prevents dryness.' That's the best way I can describe it.
Cons1. Price Considering the size of the toner, it seems a bit pricey. But that's just my personal opinion, so take it with a grain of salt. Try to grab it when it's on sale. 2. It's... fine? While being 'fine' is a good thing, in a way, not feeling anything special could be seen as a drawback? Then again, it's just a toner, so how special can it really be? Am I basically saying there are no real cons after listing the cons?

So I jumped at the chance to try this sebum-controlling toner during a promotion. After cleansing, I first use my regular exfoliating toner, then follow up with this product for an extra hydration boost. I pour some into my palms and pat it on twice. Just adding an essence afterwards is enough - I haven't felt particularly dry, and my skin seems less oily. As the weather gets drier though, finishing with a cream would probably be ideal. Though I haven't used it long, this product's biggest strength is that it doesn't have any major drawbacks. The scent, texture, and finish are all pleasantly satisfactory.
ConsThe cap doesn't close quite right and feels a bit stiff. There have been times when I thought I'd closed it, only to find it slightly open - which could be risky.
TipThe cute packaging brightens my mood every time I use it.

I have oily skin prone to blemishes and deep dryness, but after a week of use, I haven't experienced any discomfort. The scent is subtle - maybe like rice water? Or unscented? It's hard to describe, but it's not artificial, which is perfect for someone like me who's sensitive to fragrances. I've used many toners with screw-top lids, but this one has a pump dispenser, making it more hygienic and convenient. I appreciate that they offer different versions for various skin types - a sebum control toner and a clarifying toner. As someone with oily skin, I always check for pore-clogging ingredients when buying toners, and this one clearly indicates its suitability at a glance. Overall, it's a great daily toner that works well for most people.
ConsYou need to give the toner bottle a good shake before use. It's not easy to control the amount that comes out. However, this is common with many toners. Since it's gentle on the skin, I wish they would release a sheet mask version too.
TipAfter my skin became troubled, I turned into a toner nomad, unable to find one that worked for me. As my collection of unsuitable toners grew, I struggled to find the right one. That's when I came across this product on Hwahae and was lucky enough to be selected to try it. I've been using it for a week along with the Zeroid MD Cream. When I apply the sebum control toner generously with the Zeroid cream at night, my skin feels incredibly soft in the morning. These two products are a perfect match. If you're struggling with blemishes and deep dryness, I highly recommend trying this combination. If you still feel dry, here's a tip: Soak a cotton pad with the sebum control toner, apply it like a mask to dry areas, then follow up with a thicker layer of Zeroid cream than usual. This should help combat any lingering dryness.

When I first received it, I was like, 'What's this cuteness?' It's worth noting that my skin is super sensitive. I've always had sensitive skin with a bit of seborrheic dermatitis, and lately, as the weather's gotten cooler and drier, my sensitivity has gone through the roof. But this toner was actually okay for me. I've tried almost every toner known for being gentle, but most of them don't really give that hydrating feeling, so I'd have to apply multiple layers. With this product though, just one application leaves my skin feeling instantly moisturized. To be honest, when it first arrived, I thought, 'What's this? Why is it so small?' But after using it, I realized I don't need to apply multiple layers, so even though the bottle is small, it lasts a while. The scent is slightly sweet and tangy, which I liked. It's not overpowering at all though! My boyfriend couldn't even tell it had a scent. Maybe I'm just sensitive to smells... Anyway, I really liked it. I think I wouldn't have regretted buying this with my own money!
ConsHmm... There's nothing really disappointing about the product itself, but the price isn't exactly budget-friendly. I tend to use toners quite generously, so without a sale... I might hesitate a bit. Still, the hydration level is top-notch compared to other toners.
TipSometimes when I wake up, I notice a white powder-like substance gathered at the bottom of the toner bottle!? So I shake it before use, like you would with a mist. I think it would be good for others to use it this way too!

From the moment you apply it, it makes your skin feel silky smooth, and after patting it in, your skin becomes delightfully plump! It's perfect for those with deep dryness. The rice ingredients seem to brighten your complexion with continued use!
ConsControlling the amount dispensed can be tricky. If you're not careful when pressing the pump, the toner gushes out like a waterfall.
TipGiven the high-quality ingredients in this toner, it's better to dispense it into your hands and spread it on your skin for better absorption, rather than using cotton pads. The more you pat it in, the more plump your skin becomes! It works hard for your skin.
