  Pros

  I was selected as one of The Hwahae Testers and got to try this product. First off, the white bottle is beautiful and put me in a good mood. It reminded me of a sake bottle, which felt fresh. The formula is a completely watery toner, and since it's a sebum-controlling toner, you need to shake it before use. I've been using it morning and night since I received it. Though it feels like water, when it touches the skin, it absorbs with a slightly elastic and smooth sensation. Just when you think it might be sticky, it absorbs quickly and finishes nicely. I tried using it with my usual toner pads and creams, and I liked that I could use it without any issues. My skin is sensitive and oily, so I usually can't use products that are sticky or irritating. However, this had no irritation at all, and I liked that I could use it gently and easily! If a toner is too heavy, it can be burdensome to apply the next steps, but this product was easy to use and not excessive. I loved how quickly it absorbed - that was my favorite part.

  Cons

  I applied for the sebum-controlling toner because I have oily skin, but in my opinion, I didn't feel any sebum-controlling effects at all! Even after washing my face in the morning, oil builds up again after a few hours. While experiences may vary from person to person, I felt disappointed since I had that expectation when I applied. Also, from my perspective, I found the container a bit inconvenient. Since this product is a completely watery toner, it tends to leak a little when turned upside down. So, for a watery toner like this, I wondered if it would have been better with a flip-top lid type.
