The water-based toner flows transparently and smoothly. It felt great to use - it was moisturizing but not sticky, and had a refreshing feel. As a non-sticky water-based toner, it seems suitable to use as a cleansing toner.
Cons
I'm not sure if it just didn't suit me, but it felt a bit stingy when I first used it. I ended up double-cleansing with another toner as well. I thought it would have a more mattifying and sebum-controlling finish since it's called a 'sebum toner', but that wasn't really the case.

Skin Type: Severely Dehydrated, Sensitive The watery, thin formula was easy to wipe off and left my skin feeling moisturized. It was non-sticky and refreshing, with a great sense of hydration. Likely due to the good ingredients, it was non-irritating and gentle. It was very effective in smoothing out my rough skin texture.

Pros
The T-zone is oily, while the U-zone is dry. It is clean without any blemishes or impurities. After cleansing, gently wiping with a cotton pad leaves it initially moist, but it then becomes soft and powdery. When buying cosmetics, I consider the ingredients to be the most important factor. This product is great as it has no color or fragrance. Knowing that it contains Gochang rice is very reassuring. The packaging is neat and pretty.
Cons
As it becomes powdery, the U-zone feels a bit dry, so I only use it on the T-zone. Those with dry skin may find it drying. I've only used it for a week, so I'm not sure if it's effective for pore reduction.

Even though my face had severe breakouts, this product was so gentle and non-irritating. I used it as a toner after cleansing, and I really liked the moisturizing feel it left behind.
Cons
I was happy to receive this Hwahae Trial Reviewer product since I needed extra moisture. However, while it provided immediate hydration, the effect didn't last long, and my skin still felt dry on its own. This doesn't seem to be the product to tackle my dehydration issues.

The product had a suitable feel for daily use. Even though I have oily skin, my skin tends to be dry, so I was looking for a product with good moisture, and this one fits the bill. Most toners only have moisture, but this one has moisture as the base, and it helps with the use of creams or sunscreens afterwards.
Cons
The volume is a bit small, so it's a shame that I couldn't use it generously.

🍀 Glides on beautifully! 🍀 Compared to the Hwahae Trial Reviewer toner, this one was definitely smoother! When you touch it with your hands, it feels silky smooth and slippery! After some time, it becomes moisturizing! I apply it with both hands and gently pat it into my pores, and it remains so moisturizing that it feels like the initial smooth application is still there!! I then add a lotion or serum on top. However, you shouldn't touch it too much, even though the application is great! At first, I was curious and kept patting it for about 6-7 minutes (😛: Experimental spirit, not knowing where it might go!) and it became so thick that I could feel the friction between my palms even when I kept them still. I've been using this Rice Sebum Toner from September 21st to September 28th, for a total of 7 days! Over the 7 days, despite individual differences, my skin which used to have some reddish, rough (😳: Rough) spots from light scratches or pressure, is now left with a smooth (😎: Smooth) texture that doesn't easily show marks from pillow or scratches. I plan to repurchase this toner once I finish the current bottle! 🥰

🐯 Fragrance alert! 🐯 Personally, when I first smelled the Rice Sebum Toner, the scent reminded me of the smell when you first open a new product (🐳?), and I had a bit of an aversion to it. But from the 2nd or 3rd day, it was fine!! It's as if they've really amplified the signature rice water-like fragrance, but it wasn't overwhelmingly unpleasant. At first, I was a bit surprised, like "Huh? (🙄: ???)", but after that, I was able to use it consistently without any issues. The fragrance isn't that strong, really. So after 2-3 days, as long as I didn't purposely sniff it, I didn't feel any aversion to the scent. Even after applying it, I'm not sure if I got used to the fragrance, but I couldn't really detect the Rice Sebum Toner's scent on my skin.
Tip
⚠️ Careful with the cap! ⚠️ The cap is designed like a restaurant water bottle - you push it back and then tilt it to dispense through the small opening. You need to wait about 3 seconds after tilting it! It doesn't come out in small droplets, but rather pours out quite quickly, so be ready to tilt it back immediately! While it's a bit inconvenient, I still prefer this inset cap design over the more common protruding ones, as it's unique and looks nicer. (👍: Personal preference!)

Fragrance: Completely odorless Product Density: It was applied slightly moistly but felt like it was absorbing into the skin! Skin Type: Oily, acne-prone The case is so cute and unique!! The packaging was also very carefully done when I received it Usage Review Pros: I used it twice a day, in the morning and evening, for about a week! I always cleansed my face, and used the Beplain Chamomile Lotion! It was really moisturizing and seemed to calm the acne that had already formed. I liked the feeling of the skin absorbing the toner. When shaken, the toner would become a lighter color as it mixed with the 'rice?' inside. It was just nice and easy to use. And personally, I don't like toners with scents, so I liked that there was no fragrance when I applied it. Oh, and I had tried using it as a toner pack once, and then it seemed to really calm my skin and the toner seemed to absorb deep into my skin, which I liked.

• Packaging The best part was the lid. Unlike other toners, it has a rather convenient and unique lid, so I often reached for it! • Oil Control As a sebum toner, it effectively controls oil. I applied it mainly to the areas where I tend to get oily! Haha After applying, it feels moisturized at first, but over time it has a slightly powdery feel. I'd recommend it more for oily or combination skin types rather than dry skin. • Fragrance The fragrance seemed familiar, so I looked it up and found that it's the same as the Numberz in Serum No.3!
