I loved the scent of centella. It seemed less irritating compared to other brands' products.

I didn't use my fingertips to rub it in. Instead, I applied it using the back of my hand in a gentle circular motion. This method seemed to cause less irritation!

Thinking it was for exfoliation, I initially applied too much pressure while scrubbing, which caused a burning sensation. However, when I used it again with a gentler touch, the burning feeling significantly decreased. It seems the key is in how much pressure you apply.
