I found this to be gentler on my skin compared to regular scrubs. I've been using it for almost a month now, about twice a week, and the granules feel just right for me. The level of exfoliation was perfect. After use, my skin definitely looked clearer and felt smoother. It's a bit dry to roll on without water. Adding a little water makes it glide smoothly. If you have super sensitive skin, you might want to think twice, but otherwise, once you start using this, you might not want to try anything else! Just add a bit of water and massage it over your face in circular motions, then rinse with lukewarm water. No need for a separate cleansing foam! Thinking it was for exfoliation, I initially applied too much pressure while scrubbing, which caused a burning sensation. However, when I used it again with a gentler touch, the burning feeling significantly decreased. It seems the key is in how much pressure you apply. I didn't use my fingertips to rub it in. Instead, I applied it using the back of my hand in a gentle circular motion. While scrubs can be harsh on the skin, I used a small amount on my blemish-free face and didn't experience any particular irritation. I'll update my review after using the remaining product! The scent is somewhat herbal and natural - I liked it, but it might be a love-it-or-hate-it situation for others. I was shocked by the price! Considering this is the full-size product, I'm not sure I would have purchased it if I hadn't tried it as part of The Hwahae Testers. The packaging isn't the most convenient, so you'll have to put up with a bit of inconvenience. It would be great to transfer this into an empty jar-type cream container or a Lush black pot for easier use!

Is this just a sample size?' It looked so small! But when I transferred it to my empty Innisfree Green Tea container, it filled it up completely! So if you have an empty container ready, it's super easy to squeeze it all in. It's great for the environment and produces less waste. Texture: I'd heard it could be a bit harsh, so I applied it gently at first. But for me, it wasn't too irritating. Compared to my usual gommage-type scrub gel, it's a bit more intense, but personally, I didn't find it as abrasive as other typical scrubs. Scent: It has that familiar, pleasant herbal scent you often get with centella products. I really liked it! Quantity: Though it looks small, as I mentioned, it filled up a cream jar, so the amount isn't particularly skimpy. Usage experience: I used it three times a week, spacing out the applications. Given it's the changing season, I used it gently to exfoliate, not scrubbing too hard. After rinsing, there's no residue, just a slight slippery feeling. It rinses clean, leaving my skin soft and hydrated. I'm really satisfied with the results! Unless you're using a squeeze bottle, most people seem to transfer it to a cream container like I did. The downside is that when you're scooping it out to use, you might introduce water or used product back into the container if you don't wash your hands each time. This made me a bit concerned about hygiene. While the eco-friendly packaging is great, even without factoring in container costs, it feels a bit pricey. Unless I'm blown away by its effectiveness, the price point makes me hesitate to repurchase easily. To solve the hygiene issue, you could use a tube container or keep a spatula with your jar from the start. Maybe cypress wood? It has a similar pleasant woody aroma! I absolutely love this kind of scent, but those who don't enjoy strong fragrances might not be fans. Texture: This is my first time trying a scrub, and while I knew what to expect, I was pleased with the abundance of firm granules! They're like tiny salt crystals, if that makes sense? When I used it to wash my face the other day, I could definitely feel it gently exfoliating my skin. However, I was careful not to scrub too hard as that might be counterproductive. As a novice, it's hard for me to make detailed comparisons. Quantity: I was surprised when the package arrived! It was just a palm-sized pack, so I thought it might be a single-use product. Of course, everyone's usage may vary, but as you can see in the photo, after using it twice and transferring the remainder to an empty container, there's still quite a bit left. Based on how much I use, I think it could easily last for three more applications. I might be using too little, as I don't apply it all over my face, just on areas with more dead skin cells (forehead, sides of nose, chin). Anyway, it's definitely not single-use and should last for at least two applications! Since I haven't used it extensively yet, it's hard to write about its effectiveness in removing dead skin cells. I suppose, like most products, consistent use is key. However, based on my initial testing, I can conclude that it seems to be of good quality!
