The hydration was really, really, really amazing. It left my skin incredibly moisturized It's honestly so, so, so terrible. Please don't buy it! Even with a super strong skincare routine, it still separates and makes your skin look awful. The coverage is a total disaster from the start Please make sure to thoroughly read reviews before purchasing - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinFeb 2, 2025
This cushion seems perfect for those with dry skin. It's hydrating and gives a nice glow, making it ideal for winter use. However, I found it suitable for all seasons. I'd only recommend this for those with flawless skin. The coverage is very weak, and it oxidizes significantly. After about an hour, even the blush disappears, leaving you looking bare-faced. You'll need to carry it with you for constant touch-ups. The staying power is poor, and it tends to emphasize pores and uneven texture. - Hwahae UserOily SkinJan 2, 2025
After using this, my face becomes so smooth and radiant, it's like a peeled egg! People even comment on how my skin glows! Personally, I can't help but feel the coverage is a bit lacking - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinDec 28, 2024
It's moisturizing and thin, making it a great choice for beginners to try out The coverage was a bit disappointing. You might want to supplement with a concealer for better coverage For those with oily or combination skin, if you apply powder carefully, the staying power is excellent! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 15, 2024
While it didn't offer much coverage, the application was smooth. I loved that cool sensation when applying, which made me use it often! As someone with dry skin, the water-based formula worked well for me. I think I'll be using it even more frequently in the future! I didn't experience any blemishes or itching, but I wouldn't recommend this to anyone expecting good coverage. Since the coverage is on the lighter side, it might work well as a thin base layer with a high-coverage cushion applied on top. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinJul 2, 2024
It was really refreshing when applied, which I liked. There's nothing else positive to say. Don't buy it. Before using Rom&nd's cushion, I didn't know what 'darkening' meant. Now I do. I have combination skin, and this cushion emphasizes dead skin cells. The coverage isn't that great either. It applies thinly but darkens significantly and pills. Since this was one of the first cushions I bought, it gave me a negative impression of Rom&nd cushions. It's truly a waste of money. Don't buy it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 21, 2024
As soon as I applied it to my skin, I felt an amazing cooling effect. It subtly brightened my complexion, similar to using a brightening moisturizer with SPF, which I really liked. I was worried about the scent since some people said it was awful, but I found it quite pleasant. Up close, I noticed some pilling - though I'm not sure if it's because I'm not experienced with makeup application or if I applied too much. However, from a distance, my skin looks incredibly smooth and flawless. I've included three photos: 1) my bare skin (excuse the imperfections), 2) a close-up after two applications, and 3) a distance shot after two applications. These were taken with my iPhone camera. While it might be a bit challenging for beginners to use (and I'm definitely a novice feeling overwhelmed already), it's still impressive. I can't say there's absolutely no coverage, but it does fall short in terms of concealing power. However, it seems to hide redness better than that other vegan cushion - you know, the 'Dew' something. I was really worried after watching various videos showing how it pills when you rub it, but it turned out better than expected. If you wait a bit before touching your face, it doesn't pill as much... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinMar 20, 2024
It's perfect when first applied, and with powder on top, it's really great. Highly recommended for dry skin types. Oily skin types, stay away! The coverage is lacking. It gets dirty quickly and causes significant darkening of the skin. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinFeb 23, 2024
First off, when I applied it, I felt a cool sensation and immediate hydration, but also thought 'Did I actually put anything on?' The mesh material seems to dispense just the right amount evenly onto the puff, allowing for a natural application that looks like your skin but better. When applied all over, it gives a luminous glow while providing very sheer coverage, but I could still see it concealing slight blemishes and redness. As someone with acne-prone skin, heavy scarring, and prominent dead skin cells, thick cushions often look suffocating despite perfect coverage. This cushion, however, achieves the trifecta of 'radiance, coverage, and a clear complexion'. While it's not full coverage, I recommend it for its ability to create a natural, your-skin-but-better look. It's perfect for those who: struggle with cushion product amount control, want sheer coverage with a luminous finish, have dry skin and seek a hydrating cushion, or desire a cushion that looks like natural, beautiful skin. I wouldn't recommend this for those with extensive scarring as the coverage isn't perfect. However, considering how hydrating and brightening it is while still offering decent coverage, I'd still recommend it! Even if you think you haven't applied enough, try covering your whole face first and then check! You'll be amazed at how flawless your complexion looks! - Hwahae UserDry SkinFeb 1, 2024
It absorbs with a cool, refreshing feel and leaves the skin hydrated. The finish gives a dewy glow, making it an ideal cushion for those with very dry or dry skin during winter. I really can't recommend this for summer or for those with oily skin. It's disappointing that the makeup fades quickly and the coverage is practically non-existent.
