I have dry skin and have been using this product for about a month. First off, while the coverage isn't exceptional, it does a decent job of concealing minor blemishes. Personally, I prefer a natural makeup look, so I really liked this aspect. The color is also quite pretty. Not recommended for those with extremely dry skin. Even though it's supposed to give a glow, no matter how thorough I was with my skincare routine, it just didn't work for me. The adherence to the skin is also disappointing. Above all, the way it emphasizes dead skin cells is insane. Naturally, being a glow product, there's some darkening, which I can accept. But the staying power is absolutely terrible. It clumps easily and doesn't apply smoothly. Due to the dead skin cell emphasis, applying powder makes your skin look even worse. Originally, this cushion isn't meant to be pushed into the skin, but for those who find it doesn't adhere well and seems like it might separate right after application, try gently pushing it into the skin in small amounts instead. It takes a bit of effort to adhere to the skin, so if you just leave it and pat vigorously, it tends to float on the surface and clump up. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJun 6, 2024
I've been using Amuse Dew Jelly for a long time, but after seeing The Edit's recommendation on YouTube, I switched to this and have been using it consistently! It's similar to Dew Jelly in that it applies thinly and feels moisturizing, but this one has more of a water-like sensation - not in terms of texture, but when you apply it, it feels more fluid. It's more about hydration and comfort than coverage, and even for me with sensitive and extremely dry skin, it feels more comfortable than other cosmetics when applied. YouTube videos suggest applying two thin layers for a glow, but since my skin gets uncomfortable and prone to blemishes when it feels suffocated, I've somewhat 'given up' on that glow and just apply one layer. Still, I'm extremely satisfied! Admittedly, after a long time, it does tend to clump a bit and settle into pores. But honestly, I haven't found any products with this type of formula that don't do that... I'm using it with reasonable satisfaction - it's become a staple! They recommend using a long spatula, but I found that I lack the technique and prefer using a puff instead! It's perfectly fine to use a puff and skillfully control the amount by applying it in sections. - Hwahae UserOily SkinJul 27, 2023
It's so moisturizing... The case is absolutely gorgeous... When you apply it, there's this refreshing, hydrating sensation? I think the shade 23 is way too light for what it claims to be... After about 3 hours, it feels like it's settling into my pores. Even though I have fairly good skin texture, it somehow looks patchy. It doesn't spread evenly when applying, it really clumps up. It feels like skincare and makeup combined, which might be why. The second photo shows how it looks after 3 hours, and the fourth photo is after reapplication. This cushion is bound to make you look oily. It looks patchy. Even on my skin, which rarely looks patchy with any product, this one manages to look light, oily, and apply unevenly...
