Pros
My skin is sensitive, but this product is really gentle on my skin. The pad itself doesn't cause any irritation, and the serum isn't sticky at all. I've tried many famous brands of these pads from Olive Young, but I found the Believe You ones to be the best. After cleansing, I find that any ampoule I apply absorbs well after using this product.
Cons
I'm having trouble finding this product to repurchase. Is it discontinued? That's a shame... But I still feel like this was a good product somewhere. Thank you for making a great product.

My skin type is combination dry, dehydrated, with visible dryness and flakiness. I have some pigmentation, thin skin texture, and no wrinkles. I have a yellowish undertone and am a cool-toned winter complexion. 🙂 I'm so happy! I tried the sample and liked it so much that I ordered it, and I'm using it regularly now. It's completely non-irritating, and I can see my skin's radiance and moisture levels improving significantly, so I think I'll continue using it consistently. It's very hydrating but doesn't feel heavy at all, and it absorbs really well.
Cons
I'd prefer if the lid was changed to a one-touch style that opens and closes easily instead of having to twist it.

The cotton pad was very thick and soaked with serum, so it felt incredibly moisturizing. It's amazing ㅠㅠ Plus, the skin is highly absorbent, so even if you keep rubbing it on your face, the skin doesn't overflow ㅎㅎ After using this, I found that the skin pads from other companies I used to use were too thin and had little skin, so I didn't want to use them anymore ㅠㅠ This is truly the best skin pad.. - Spreadability & Effectiveness: It's made of such a good material that it's incredibly soft and smooth!! It is incredibly soft, thick, and large in size, making it perfect for wiping your entire face. Being so thick, it absorbs a sufficient amount of serum, so it feels like you're applying serum in addition to just toner. The oil-moisture balance is just right, and using it alone makes your skin incredibly hydrated. After wiping, your face feels smooth, supple, and bouncy. Although I have severe inner dryness, it absorbs well into my skin, leaving a deeply nourished feeling.

It was definitely helpful, especially since it's dry in the winter. * Serum Texture The formula is a white, semi-transparent runny texture, and it absorbs quickly when patted on. After fully absorbing, there's no tightness and it feels moisturized. * Fragrance Hmm, I couldn't detect any. I prefer fragrance-free products, so that's great. * Spreadability It spreads on smoothly and evenly. The pads are also very soft, so even when wiping a lot, there's no irritation at all. * Moisture/Oil I feel a good amount of moisture. I couldn't really detect any oiliness. I have been using it consistently morning and evening since the day I received the delivery. There was no particular trouble or stickiness, and it absorbed well. It was definitely thicker than other pads. There was also a lot of toner included. If you're looking for a thicker pad, this might be a good option.
Cons
The price felt burdensome to me. There are only 50 sheets, and if I use it morning and evening, it won't last a month, so if I have to pay for it myself after using it all, I think I would hesitate. If the pad is thick enough that the toner inside it is already absorbed by my face and there's still some left, I wish they had made it thinner so there could be more sheets.

The pads were great - they were thick and absorbed a lot of ampoule. Since they were thick, I could tear one in half and apply it to my face, almost like a sheet mask. They even included a pair of tweezers for hygiene. The scent was the typical collagen scent, slightly refreshing, and not overpowering at all. No breakouts occurred. With all the ampoule in the pads, I was able to wipe it all the way down to my neck without any issues. Patting it in with my hands helped it absorb nicely and left my skin feeling hydrated. In summary, the thick pads were great to use, packed with ampoule, and absorbed well - I think anyone would find them easy and convenient to use.
Cons
