Pros
My skin is sensitive, but this product is really gentle on my skin. The pad itself doesn't cause any irritation, and the serum isn't sticky at all. I've tried many famous brands of these pads from Olive Young, but I found the Believe You ones to be the best. After cleansing, I find that any ampoule I apply absorbs well after using this product.
Cons
I'm having trouble finding this product to repurchase. Is it discontinued? That's a shame... But I still feel like this was a good product somewhere. Thank you for making a great product.

It is extremely thick and the noodles are soft. Bona has zero irritation. That's how it has to be.
Cons
The pad is as thick as a comforter, but I don't feel any benefits. Even though it's thick, if you tear it in half, it sheds fuzz like a torn comforter, making it essentially impossible to separate. Since it's incredibly thick, when you apply it, it feels unstable, like it might fall off. And when you wipe it, the absorbed contents are more than necessary, which feels wasteful. Even if you don't do a pack and just use it for a single wipe, you can only use it about 50 times, which feels like a waste of money...

Pros
My skin type is combination dry, dehydrated, with visible dryness and flakiness. I have some pigmentation, thin skin texture, and no wrinkles. I have a yellowish undertone and am a cool-toned winter complexion. 🙂 I'm so happy! I tried the sample and liked it so much that I ordered it, and I'm using it regularly now. It's completely non-irritating, and I can see my skin's radiance and moisture levels improving significantly, so I think I'll continue using it consistently. It's very hydrating but doesn't feel heavy at all, and it absorbs really well.
Cons
I'd prefer if the lid was changed to a one-touch style that opens and closes easily instead of having to twist it.

Pros
The pad texture is really nice - it's soft, plush, and completely non-irritating. It's almost a shame to use it just for quick skin cleansing, as the fabric is so generous and soaked with liquid.
Cons

Pros
The main advantages are the excellent moisture content and the soft, comfortable feel of the pure cotton pads. I was using the carrot pads before, but they lacked moisture, so I was looking for a different product. This one seems to be a perfect fit! As for the collagen ingredient, I think the effects will be noticeable with long-term use. The pad size is also really great.
Cons
If I had to point out a downside, it would be the price. However, considering the large pad size and quality, I think it's still worth the money :)

First, I was so satisfied with the large pad! The extreme softness of the pad... The texture is so soft and ❤️‍🔥sensitive❤️‍🔥 skin, when I wipe my face with the pad, it only gets a little red, but this product is definitely gentler than other products, and I didn't feel any irritation at all!!! Compared to other pad products, it was great that it was extremely thick and soft. Since I have a slightly sensitive skin, it didn't feel overly irritating and was gentle, which was good. The fragrance is close to unscented, so it won't divide opinions based on the scent.
Cons
They said you can split it in half and use it like a sheet mask, but when using it that way, it feels a bit drying... It's moisturizing, but it feels like it dries out quickly.

📍Highly sensitive skin type. Those with sensitive skin will definitely understand the concern about cotton pads. I've tried 4 different pad types so far, and this one was the thickest and fluffiest! That's probably why the pad itself was also quite large. The front and back sides are different, but honestly there wasn't much difference in use. (Maybe because it's so thick??) I was able to wipe without any irritation, and it doesn't seem to have any exfoliating function. And it's more moisturizing than hydrating. It's like a cotton pad soaked in water without any oiliness. The collagen ingredient's functionality will likely become visible as you use it. As a pad type that can be used without irritation, I'm satisfied with it.
Cons
There is a tweezer, but you can't store it together, and picking them up one by one with your hands is easier than using the tweezer.
