  I was particularly excited about this product because it contains low-molecular-weight collagen from France. It's also said to help with firmness, which means you can keep your skin plump and bouncy all year round! First off, my preferred method of using these pads is as a 'pacto' or exfoliating toner. Each pad is thicker than your average cotton pad and is well-saturated with essence. Made from 100% cotton vegan fabric, the surface is quite gentle, making it perfect for exfoliating without any irritation! I felt it refined my skin texture while simultaneously boosting elasticity. I use it as a mask pack when my skin isn't at its best or before applying makeup. The pads contain a generous amount of essence and are just the right size to cover both cheeks. Leaving them on for a bit keeps the skin hydrated for longer! Sometimes my skin can look patchy after makeup due to dryness, but when I use these pads before applying makeup, it goes on smoothly and stays put.

  Cons

  I was a bit disappointed that the tweezers included in the box weren't built into the pad container. Also, when taking out the pads, occasionally two come out at once. This might be because they're so saturated with essence, or perhaps because the pads themselves are so soft.

  The pads are incredibly soft, thick, and large, making them perfect for exfoliating toner application all over the face. Their thickness allows them to hold plenty of serum, so it feels like you're not just applying toner but getting the benefits of a serum as well. The oil and moisture balance is spot-on, and using just one pad leaves your skin feeling incredibly hydrated. After use, your face feels smooth and plump. As someone with deep dryness issues, I feel like it absorbs well and truly moisturizes deep into the skin.

  Cons

  I wish they were slightly less thick. While the thickness isn't uncomfortable to use, I feel like if they were thinner, the product might absorb even better!

  Tip

  I think these work better in the evening rather than morning routine. Using them as part of your night routine gives your skin more time to absorb all the serum they hold. If used before makeup, they might cause pilling in summer, and while not bad in winter, they might still feel a bit rich.

  This serum-soaked pad is incredibly hydrating! Unlike other pads that can be irritating as the serum runs out, this one stays moisturizing until the end. The thick pad is perfect for leaving on your cheeks - it doesn't let the hydration evaporate. I think the collagen is working its magic too, as my skin feels more elastic!

  The included tweezers are a bit awkward to store. I find myself rinsing them before each use to avoid dust, which is a bit inconvenient.

  I'd like to thank Hwahae and Believe You for generously providing this product for testing. This Collagen Bouncing Serum Pad is said to be effective for skin elasticity. Clinical trials have shown it promotes collagen production and improves elasticity in two ways! It also received a sensitivity index of 0, so I felt confident using it. In actual use, the best part was that the pads are made of 100% pure cotton, making them incredibly soft! Plus, they're thicker than regular toner pads, holding an impressive amount of serum. Unlike most pads that dry quickly when left on the face as a mask, the Believe You product didn't dry out at all! They were so thick and moist that I could even split one pad in half. Toner pads are often used for light cleansing or as a quick mask, which can sometimes lack in hydration. However, this product, with its collagen content and slightly viscous serum, felt incredibly moisturizing! Even in winter, after using this as a morning mask followed by a light cream, my skin didn't feel dry at all throughout the day. This product excels in moisturizing power, effectiveness, and gentleness on sensitive skin! I'm absolutely willing to purchase this with my own money.

  The essence is really abundant and absorbs well. The pad is thick enough to cover the entire face perfectly. With collagen included, my skin feels more elastic!

  I can't think of any downsides. At first, I was a bit intimidated by the white essence, but now I'm quite used to it.
